Happenstance - June 16, 2014
Announcer: And now, the Blazenwing Wrestling Federation, in association with the Baltimore Arena in Baltimore, Maryland, presents... HAPPENSTANCE 2014!!!
The camera cuts from the intro to the arena in Baltimore, where a massive pyro show goes off on the stage, centered around the Happenstance throne on the far right end, with the King's crown and scepter atop it. After the pyro show ends, the camera zooms around the ring, highlighting the many fans in attendance before finally settling on the BWF announce team of Nick Webb and Rayne.
Nick Webb: The time to crown a new Happenstance Monarch has arrived! We are live in Baltimore, Maryland, the home city of the 2013 Super Bowl Champion Baltimore Ravens, and we have a hell of a pay-per-view for you all tonight!
Rayne: We have anticipated debuts, we have four Championship titles on the line, and by the end of tonight, we will crown the 2014 Happenstance Monarch!
Nick Webb: That honor will go to one of four tournament semifinalists - Alli Taylor, Finn McConnaigh, Zoe Cooper or AJ Adams. Who will it be?
Rayne: We'll find that out later tonight, but first up, that anticipated debut I mentioned before? It's about to happen right now!
Nick Webb: Indeed, BWF Hall of Famer Kirlia Gardevoir returns to action to face the newest member of the BWF roster, Ashby Lynn Daza! Let's go to Scott for the introductions.
DING DING DING!!!
Scott Benjamin: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is your opening match for BWF Happenstance 2014 and it is scheduled for ONE fall! Introducing first, she hails from Panama City, Florida... weighing in tonight at 130 pounds... she is a BWF Hall of Famer... the Amazon Princess... she is KIRLIA GARDEVOIR!!!
"Welcome to the Jungle" by Guns N' Roses hits the BlazenTron and the arena turns a hue of crimson as Kirlia Gardevoir steps out onto the stage to a mostly positive reaction. She rolls her head and cracks her knuckles, then heads for the ring, sliding inside. She runs the ropes, and then throws a few punches as the music fades.
Nick Webb: World Champion. Tag Team Champion. International Champion. Hall of Famer. Kirlia Gardevoir is, perhaps, the original female force in the BWF. She made her company debut in the spring of 2004 and tonight, she could kickstart that career if she can get past the hottest free agent on the market, the newly signed Ashby Lynn Daza.
Rayne: We've seen time and time again that you simply do not count Kirlia out. She's the eldest member of the James Family, a dynasty in and of itself - herself, Katie "Starla Gardevoir" James and Alison James, of course - and if anybody can hang with today's toughest, it just may be the Amazon Princess.
Scott Benjamin: And introducing her opponent... making her BWF debut... she hails from San Diego, California... weighing in tonight at 145 pounds... she is the Striking Beauty... she is ASHBY LYNN DAZA!!!
"Warriors of the World United" by Manowar begins to play over the BlazenTron. Ashby Lynn Daza steps out pounding her fists together, wearing a white hooded jacket, hood pulled up. She looks out at the crowd, points and nods her head... a smile slowly creeping on her face. She pops the hood back as pyro goes off and she walks to the ring, bumping fists with fans. She climbs into the ring, throws off the jacket and climbs a turnbuckle, pumping a fist into the air.
Nick Webb: The crowd seems solidly behind the former Ashby Lynn Cruz, making her BWF debut tonight here at Happenstance.
Rayne: The company's been hyping her debut for some time now... let's find out if she has what it takes to hang with a legit BWF Hall of Famer!
DING!
The bell rings as Ashby and Kirlia circle one another in the ring before locking up. Ashby is quick to overpower Kirlia, shoving her into the ropes and forcing the referee to break the hold. As the referee pulls the women apart, Kirlia swings at Ashby, catching her in the face! As Ashby stumbles backwards, Kirlia grabs her and Irish whips Ashby - or attempts to, but Ashby refuses to budge! She uses her power to pull Kirlia towards her, and then hoists her over her shoulders, preparing to hit her Goodnight (Go To Sleep)!
Nick Webb: This match could be over right here!
Kirlia, sensing the urgency of the situation, quickly struggles off of Ashby's shoulders before she can hit the move. Kirlia lands on her feet and charges Ashby, but the debuting starlet catches her and hoists her up onto her right shoulder before charging for the nearest corner and planting Kirlia upside down, back first right into the turnbuckles! With Kirlia hanging, Ashby grabs Kirlia's hair, and then lifts up before yanking her off of the corner and causing her to slam hard into the mat below!
Rayne: This Ashby Lynn Daza's rocking some serious power moves. Don't piss her off!
In the ring, Ashby pulls Kirlia to her feet, and then whips her across the ring into the opposite corner. She grins, and then charges at Kirlia, but Kirlia sees her coming and leaps up, cracking Ashby in the jaw with a dropkick! As Ashby stumbles, Kirlia grabs her and tosses her opponent shoulder first into the opening between the second and third turnbuckles, right into the steel ring post! The crowd "oohs" audibly as Kirlia grabs Ashby from behind and rolls her up into a school boy!
1!
2!
Kickout!
Rayne: That's how Casey lost to Zoe last week on Havok! So Ashby is already better than ONE Hall of Famer! HA!
Ashby breaks the pin as the crowd cheers loudly. The cheering is silenced quickly as Kirlia grabs Ashby's throat and locks in her Deathknell (Gogoplata) submission finisher! Ashby is close enough to the ropes, however, that she hooks her left leg around the bottom rope and the referee forces Kirlia to break the submission at the four count.
Nick Webb: Kirlia being smart and holding that move for the full four seconds. Ashby might not be beaten yet, but she's going to be softened up a bit now.
Rayne: I'm surprised you didn't consider that cheating on her behalf. Only the guys you don't like, eh?
Nick Webb: I don't have the slightest idea what you're talking about.
Back in the ring, Kirlia starts pulling Ashby to her feet, but Ashby punches Kirlia in the gut, doubling her over. Ashby hits a second punch to the gut, followed by a fist to Kirlia's head, but stumbles with the punch, allowing Kirlia an opening to catch Ashby on the back of the head with a forearm smash. As Ashby drops to her knees, Kirlia pulls Ashby's head back and cinches in a standing dragon sleeper in the middle of the ring!
Nick Webb: Another submission! Ashby Lynn is supposed to have a background in MMA, but I don't think she expected her opponent tonight to have the same background.
Rayne: I doubt she expected much offense from someone who named herself after a Pokemon.
As the crowd starts clapping for Ashby to fight the submission, Kirlia leaps onto Ashby's back, locking her legs in a scissors around Ashby's chest to pull back harder on the move. Ashby stumbles to her feet, fighting the submission, and finally is able to back Kirlia into the nearest corner, breaking the hold! Her relief is short lived, though, as Kirlia runs forward and catches Ashby across the back of the head with a second vicious forearm, taking the Striking Beauty to her knees.
Rayne: I'm willing to bet that this match isn't going the way Ashby hoped it might.
Nick Webb: At least not thus far, no.
Kirlia flexes for the crowd, getting a smattering of boos and some cheers, then goes for the same dragon sleeper she had Ashby in before. This time, however, Ashby is ready and counters with an elbow to Kirlia's jaw! Kirlia stumbles back for a moment and as she goes to grab Ashby again, Ashby lifts Kirlia onto her shoulders, then hits her Goodnight (Go To Sleep) out of nowhere! The crowd pops as Ashby drops to cover!
1!
2!
Kickout!
At the last second, Kirlia gets her shoulder up, and Ashby seems surprised.
Rayne: Hell of a counter, but Kirlia survived it. Ashby seems shocked, and so does our crowd!
Ashby pulls Kirlia to her feet, and a groggy Kirlia headbutts Ashby, causing her to stumble back. Kirlia smirks before running to the ropes. She bounds off of them, then comes back and goes for a leaping clothesline, but Ashby dodges the attack, sending Kirlia shoulder-first into the mat! Ashby wastes no time in hooking Kirlia into an Inverted STF, then shifting into the Breaking Bad (Koji Clutch Submission, usually with Inverted STF Set-Up)! The crowd cheers loudly as Kirlia struggles to escape, but she's in the center of the ring, and after a few moments, she has no choice but to tap out.
DING DING DING!!!
Scott Benjamin: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner as the result of a submission... ASHBY LYNN DAZA!!!
"Warriors of the World United" by Manowar starts blaring over the sound system as Ashby breaks the hold and stands up, beaming proudly. The referee raises her arm in victory, then she takes her victory lap, posing in the corner.
Nick Webb: Kirlia Gardevoir showed the world that she still has fight left in her, but at the end of the day, the young buck gets the win. Congratulations to Ashby Lynn Daza on a successful debut!
Rayne: Hell of a match for both women, though. And I don't say that lightly.
Nick Webb: Or ever.
Rayne: (Laughing) Well, that's true. I'm hard to please.
Dinner's On Me
Austin Scott is seen walking through the backstage with a single red rose. He enters one of the locker rooms as Zoe Cooper is sitting down with a pair of earbuds in as she listens to some music trying to hype herself up for her match. She looks up and smiles as she sees Austin standing there. He walks over to her and reaches his hand out, handing her the flower.
Zoe Cooper: You are too sweet.
She stands up and kisses him on the cheek.
Zoe Cooper: Shouldn’t you be getting ready?
Austin Scott: Yeah, I just wanted to come wish you good luck. I had to track down the kid I gave money to to go and buy the flower. He came in on the wrong side and I had to run there and back. Anyway, I know you got this, darlin’. I can’t tell ya how proud I am that you made it here. Go give ‘em Hell. After you win that crown, dinner’s on me.
She smiles and blushes as she holds the flower. Zoe turns and places it on her back in her locker. She spins back around and gives him a big hug and a kiss.
Zoe Cooper: I’ll hold you to it.
DING DING DING!!!
Scott Benjamin: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for ONE fall... and it is a Semifinal Match in the 2014 Happenstance Tournament! Introducing first, he hails from Armagh, Northern Ireland... weighing in tonight at 375 pounds... he is the Emerald Giant... he is FINN MCCONNAIGH!!!
"Goin' Postal" by Jim Johnston crashes through the arena as the lights take on a deep emerald green hue. We shift to a camera shot of the entryway, as if we the fans are standing on the stage, before that shot is engulfed by the epically wide back of the Emerald Giant, Finn McConnaigh. Finn stands up there for a couple of moments, looking around at the fans who are giving him quite a response before he loosens up his wrists and heads for the ring with a slow, purposeful walk. Allowing the fans to touch his massive frame but largely ignoring them due to his level of focus. Once Finn arrives at ringside, an emerald green spotlight illuminates this monster as he hauls himself up onto the apron from the floor and steps over the top rope into the ring. Once there, he looks around at the crowd, counts 'one, two, three..' and then THROWS the Chokeslam signal high as white pyro explodes behind him, all creating a very intimidating sight. The pyro continues to spray until Finn tears his ring shirt off a la Hulk Hogan, then the lights return to normal and Finn heads for his corner.
Nick Webb: Finn McConnaigh is looking ready to go the distance, and he’ll face the winner of Zoe Cooper vs. AJ Adams if he can make it past Alli Taylor here.
Rayne: She's a BWF veteran, Nick. I don't care how big Finn is; it's still a big "if".
Scott Benjamin: And his opponent... she hails from Columbus, Ohio... weighing in tonight at 120 pounds... she is the Beauty... she is ALLI TAYLOR!!!
Hey there, Father
I don't wanna bother you
But I've got a sin to confess
I'm just 16 if you know what I mean
Do you mind if I take off my dress?
"Goin' Down" by the Pretty Reckless hits the speakers and Alli Taylor makes her way to the stage with a swagger in her step and a grin on her face. Pink lights flash around the arena as she steps to the top of the ramp with a small wave to the fans. She poses at the top of the ramp and starts to make her way down the ramp.
There was this boy who tore my heart in two
I had to lay him eight feet underground
All I need is someone to save me
Cause I am goin' down
And what I need is someone to save me
Cause I am goin' down, all the way down
Alli reaches the ring and pulls herself onto the apron with ease. She enters through the second and top ropes and gives a spin before climbing one of the turnbuckles. She points out to the crowd and throws her arms out before jumping off the turnbuckle and spinning, landing on her feet. She bounces off the ropes and stretches her back over it as she awaits the beginning of the match.
Nick Webb: As Rayne mentioned before, Alli Taylor's credentials go all the way back to the "old days" of the BWF, where she held the BWF Tag Team Titles with BWF Hall of Famer Katie James.
Rayne: Tonight, she's looking to take, in her mind, Zoe Cooper's place as the "it girl" of BWF by winning this tournament and going on to Wreckless to challenge for the BWF World Title! I say she can do it; we're about to find out!
DING!
Jumping the bell, Alli tries to Pearl Harbor Finn with an avalanche splash, only for McConnaigh to spryly dodge. In the corner, McConnaigh unleashes a flurry of chops, slicing layers of skin off Alli's chest. A Roaring Elbow follows, almost sending Alli flying back over the buckles, but McConnaigh catches her legs, and pulls her onto his shoulders. Spinning back towards the center of the ring, McConnaigh drives Alli down with a Sit-Out Powerbomb.
Rayne: And right out of the gate, McConnaigh isn’t playing any games.
1!
2!
Kickout!
Hooking around under the raised shoulder, McConnaigh locks in aside headlock, heaving Alli up, before using the grip to fling her down into a Backbreaker. McConnaigh pushes Alli off his knee as the Baltimore screw start going mental. McConnaigh pulls Taylor up by her head and flings her to the ropes. McConnaigh goes for the back body drop, but Alli stops on a dime and starts to fire kicks at the Irish Native.
Nick Webb: That was the break that Alli needed, as she is using those educated feet to bring Finn down to his knees.
Rayne: Not a position he’s familiar with, I bet.
Alli flips McConnaigh over with a Snap mare, and then goes to town with kicks to the spine, neck, and the back of his head. With McConnaigh's eyes glazing over, Taylor flings herself into the ropes, scoring with a Dropkick to the face. Pointing to the top turnbuckle, Taylor gets the crowd buzzing. After climbing the turnbuckle, she perches, lining up with her rising opponent, then launches off with a Flying cross body... but at the last minute McConnaigh connects with a flipping dropkick! With Alli down, McConnaigh springs up and scores with an Elbow Drop, then scrambles up for another, and another, all the way to nine, Great Muta style Elbow Drop completes the ten.
Nick Webb: Could that be a nod to the time McConnaigh spent in Japan?
Rayne: Well instead of a nod, McConnaigh should be going for the pin.
As a groggy Alli pulls herself up, McConnaigh goes to take her over with a Gutwrench Suplex, only for Alli to flip through onto her feet. A pair of hard forearms keep McConnaigh in control, and Alli is whipped into the ropes. Stepping into the move, McConnaigh lifts Alli into a Tilt-a-Whirl, only for Alli to spin through and drag the big man down into a bulldog. Alli rolls over and slaps on a leg lock. She yanks back on the hold as McConnaigh's fingers tickle the bottom rope for the break., Alli pulling back as hard as she can until she hears the four count, meaning she has to break or be disqualified.
Nick Webb: This is what Alli needs to do, keep McConnaigh from using his size and power to edge out a win.
Rayne: Using submissions on a man who is much stronger than you is a very good idea.
Alli releases, and right away pulls McConnaigh back towards the middle of the ring, then locks in another leg lock. Spinning through, Alli transitions into a knee lock, before releasing her grip to send a trio of knees down into the ribs of McConnaigh. She yanks McConnaigh up by his arm into a Hammerlock, Alli guides him up, before leaping forward, driving her knees into his shoulder and arm as he crashes face first into the mat. She quickly rolls McConnaigh over for the pin.
1!
2!
No! McConnaigh quickly shoots the free arm up and grabs the bottom rope, forcing Alli off of him. Alli rams an elbow into McConnaigh’s face before getting off of him at the ref’s request. As she reaches down to pick McConnaigh up, she quickly catches him in the eye with her thumb. Alli steps back as McConnaigh rolls up on his knees trying to get the vision back in his eye. As he finally gets the vision back in his eye, he is nearly folds in half by a vicious spear from Taylor! Finn stands ups slowly and grabs Alli by the hair he says something to her before slamming an elbow into Taylor’s face.
Nick Webb: That was a very stiff shot from the Irish native.
Rayne: Yeah, but you can see him wincing from pain, from that move he took earlier.
A wincing McConnaigh shakes his arms, to get the blood flowing before firing another shot to Alli’s face. McConnaigh flings Alli into the corner and watches her as she bounces out of the corner and right into a belly to belly suplex. McConnaigh nods to himself and lifts Alli up and wraps her up for one more suplex. But instead of throwing her to the mat, Finn aims for the corner before launching her into the air. The crowd winces as they watch Alli crash into the turnbuckle. Finn goes for another cover here.
1!
2!
3-No!
Nick Webb: A close fall there Rayne, Alli showing some perseverance here!
Rayne: She’s a tough one, for sure.
The two circle each other before locking up in the middle of the ring. McConnaigh pushes Alli back and reels off a vicious series of knife-edge chops to her already reddened chest. As his own hand starts to sting, McConnaigh lands a final chop to straighten Alli up... ENZIGURI to the back of the head! As Alli tumbles down to the mat, McConnaigh lands on his tweaked shoulder, forcing him to grimace at the pain shooting through his shoulder joint.
Nick Webb: And even with a nice combination of moves, that shoulder puts McConnaigh at risk.
McConnaigh shakes his shoulder again, trying to regain some more blood flow as he stands up. Alli pulls herself up using the ropes as she holds the back of her head with her free hand. McConnaigh grabs Alli and locks up with her before pushing her back into the corner. At almost the last second, Taylor drops down, causing McConnaigh to go shoulder first into the turnbuckle. Alli rolls through and ends up behind McConnaigh. She measures up and nails a brutal Lipstick (Superkick) right into the tweaked shoulder of McConnaigh. McConnaigh grinds his teeth as his body slumps over the turnbuckle. The ref checks on McConnaigh as Alli backs up to the far corner, fiddling with something the audience, nor the ref can see.
Nick Webb: What is she doing there?
Rayne: Probably checking to see if she broke a nail during this grueling match.
As Alli finishes, she heads over to Finn, who charges out of the corner with his Derby Ram (High Impact Shoulder Block), but connecting the move actually hurts his own shoulder more than it does Alli! Taylor rolls to her side, starting to get up before Finn, but McConnaigh seems to find a second wind and he’s up fully before Alli; as she turns around, he scoops her up in the air, holding her in position for his Beat of the Bodhran (Stalling Sidewalk Slam), but as the referee circles the two, Alli reaches up and rakes Finn’s eyes, forcing him to release her - and with the ref out of eyeshot at the perfect moment, he misses the mule kick Taylor drives between Finn’s legs! The crowd gasps and Taylor prepares her third move in this trifecta of dastardly deeds by pushing Finn, shoulder first, into the exposed turnbuckle she unwrapped earlier! Finn cries out in agony and stumbles backward as Taylor grabs his head and spins him down with the Jersey Cutter (Twist of Fate)! Alli goes for the cover here, hooking Finn’s outside leg.

DING DING DING!!!
Scott Benjamin: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner as the result of a pinfall... advancing to the Finals of the 2014 Happenstance Tournament... ALLI TAYLOR!!!
"Goin' Down" by The Pretty Reckless starts playing over the BlazenTron as Alli rolls out of the ring and mocks dusting off her hands to loud boos throughout the arena. She backs her way up the ramp, mock crying, as the fans continue booing loudly. "I'm your next Queen... DEAL WITH IT!", she yells, as she makes her way back up to the stage, bowing before heading back through the curtain.
Rayne: She did it! Alli advanced to the finals, where she’ll either meet Zoe Cooper or AJ Adams!
Nick Webb: That was deplorable... but luckily for us, she’ll have to do it again before she’s crowned Happenstance Queen. Hopefully the Finals will feature a referee with working eyes in their head.
Batter Up
In the backstage area of Baltimore Arena we see Don McMichael standing by with AJ Adams as the crowd pops. Adams finishes taping his right hand and is set to go for his upcoming semi-final match. He looks at the camera as we cut in and over to Don as he starts to speak.
Don McMichael: Ladies and gentlemen I’m standing here with one of the competitors in the upcoming semi-final match, AJ Adams. AJ, tonight you go one on one with Zoe Cooper for the chance to compete later tonight in where someone will be crowned the winner of the Happenstance Tournament. Zoe’s competed in over twenty matches here in the BWF and has yet to suffer a singles loss. What do you plan on doing differently than the others that have tried and failed?
AJ Adams: That’s an impressive number, Don, and I respect her for such a feat. Before I answer your question, let me ask you one. The last time I told someone I respected them do you know what happened?
He pauses as Don awaits the answer.
AJ Adams: I walked into Toronto and defeated Kyle Cross in front of his home crowd. I promised the world that I would walk out of that match the winner and I did. Zoe, I respect everything you’ve been able to do. You’ve beaten everyone thrown in your path, you’ve held the Sovereign Championship 294 days! The LONGEST title reign of ANY title in BWF history. I respect you but I said months ago that nothing would stop be from becoming the Happenstance King. I am ready, I’m more than prepared, tonight I’ll be adding to my legacy. I will win, go on to compete and win in the finals, and the fight for my BWF World Championship where I’ll once again stand at the top of the ladder. When I announced my plans to compete in the Happenstance Tournament I was placed at the bottom. I competed against nobodies like James Carson and fought anyone that Emily Corlen threw at me and here I am. Poised for another crack at the majors. So, what do I plan on doing different? Win. Plain and simple. At any cost.
Adams is approached by the stagehand to tell him he’s up.
AJ Adams: Batter up.
DING DING DING!!!
Scott Benjamin: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for ONE fall... and it is a Semifinal Match in the 2014 Happenstance Tournament! Introducing first, he hails from Los Angeles, California... weighing in tonight at 176 pounds... he is AJ ADAMS!!!
There’s a quiet throughout the arena but that changes as “Lights Out” by P.O.D. cues up throughout the arena and the fans rise to their feet and cheer for one of the biggest pops of the night. The lights flash blue as spotlights flash around the arena. AJ Adams comes out onto the stage to the cheers and looks around the stage and the crowd, taking it all in.
Respect I earned, started with the clique that I hanged
Respect I earned, ever since i got in this game
Respect I earned, never wanting fortune or fame
Adams stands at the top of the ramp and points up to the sky.
Chiggy-check, microphone check
Chiggy-check, microphone check
It's Lights Out, Game Over
At “lights out”, AJ Adams pumps his arms and screams it with the song as a big pop of pyro goes off. He hops and as he throws his arms out and takes in the fans on the ramp. He high fives a few of them and finally makes it to the ring. He jumps to the apron and climbs to the middle turnbuckle and takes off his shirt before tossing it into the crowd. He jumps into the ring and shakes his head a few times and uses the top rope to stretch his arms and legs.
Nick Webb: AJ Adams returned to television months ago after being rehired by Emily Corlen with one decree; he would enter and win the 2014 Happenstance Tournament. To do so, he's got to win two matches tonight... and the first is against the undefeated Zoe Cooper.
Rayne: Zoe's playing on a bum leg, Nick. If anybody was going to take out the 'Chosen One', it's going to be tonight. I think Cooper's time is up, and I think AJ Adams holds the stopwatch.
Scott Benjamin: And his opponent... she is the current and reigning BWF Sovereign Champion... she hails from Billings, Montana... weighing in tonight at 140 pounds... she is ZOE COOPER!!!
"Happy" by Pharrell Williams starts playing in the arena and the fans rise to their feet cheering as Zoe Cooper walks onto the stage and points out at the fans.
It might seem crazy what I’m about to say
Sunshine she’s here, you can take a break
I’m a hot air balloon that could go to space
With the air, like I don’t care baby by the way
Zoe walks down the ramp, taking a pause to high five a few kids sitting along the ramp in the crowd. She reaches the ring and walks around it once, high fiving more kids as she goes.
Because I’m happy
Clap along if you feel like a room without a roof
Because I’m happy
Clap along if you feel like happiness is the truth
After Zoe finishes her trip around the ring, she walks up the steps and climbs the nearest corner, pointing out to the fans again and smiling. She climbs over the top rope and jumps down into the ring, then leans against the corner.
Because I’m happy
Clap along if you know what happiness is to you
Because I’m happy
Clap along if you feel like that’s what you wanna do
The song starts to fade as Zoe walks out to the middle of the ring and points at the crowd with both hands. She winks and grins happily before returning to her corner and waiting for the beginning of the match.
Nick Webb: Zoe Cooper is currently the longest reigning Champion of any kind of BWF history, with an astounding 294 days as Sovereign Champion as of today. Her title's not on the line tonight, but greater glory is; if she can win this tournament, she'll have a ticket to compete for the World Title at Wreckless!
Rayne: I think she needs to worry about getting through tonight, first. AJ Adams is no slouch, and neither is Alli Taylor. I'll be shocked if she survives this match, much less the whole tournament. I think Cooper's undefeated streak dies tonight.
DING!
The match starts with a lockup; AJ with a quick go behind into a rear waist lock, but Zoe counters with a reversal into one of her own. AJ slams an elbow back into Zoe's head, but she lowers it just in time to stick it back up. Zoe lifts AJ up, slamming him down on his neck. Adams rolls up to his feet, holding at his neck, but Zoe is there with a stiff clothesline sending him into the ropes. Irish whip sends AJ running across the ring. Zoe rushes forward, lowering her head to flip AJ over her back.
Rayne: The veteran, AJ Adams, lands on his feet.
Zoe turns around and AJ is there with a running forearm that takes her down to the canvas on her back. AJ jumps up into the air, coming down with a leg drop across her throat. AJ pulls her up to a vertical base, Irish whip into the corner. AJ charges in with a clothesline, but Zoe ducks down and away from the blow. AJ manages to stop himself just in time but Zoe plants him in the corner with a standing dropkick slamming his chest into the top turnbuckle.
Nick Webb: Zoe and AJ, going move for move here.
Rayne: As much as I hate to admit it, I think Zoe looks better doing it.
Zoe leaps, with her legs spread on either side of AJ as she pounds her forearms into the back of his skull. Zoe delivers vicious right after vicious right into the back of his skull for added measure before she leaps onto his shoulders.
Rayne: Reverse hurricanrana out of the corner.
Nick Webb: AJ slams front first onto the canvas and Zoe rolls him over for the pin.

AJ throws a shoulder up to stop the count. Zoe nods her head as she pulls AJ back up to his feet. Adams slams a forearm into her midsection doubling the Soverign Champion over. AJ wraps his arms around her head slamming her head first into the canvas out of a quick desperation. AJ lays there breathing heavily before rolling back up to his feet. Pulling Zoe up to her feet, he slams her head first into the top turnbuckle before sitting her up on the top turnbuckle. Following her up, he tucks her head under his arm and wraps his hand up in her tights before lifting her up in a vertical suplex.
Nick Webb: Zoe put down with a Superplex.
Rayne: AJ makes the cover!
1!
2!
Zoe kicks out, causing her shoulder to slam upwards off the mat, keeping her Happenstance hopes alive.
Rayne: Only two there; a bit too early.
Nick Webb: Especially with the anger Zoe is fighting with after Alli's actions at Danger Zone. Knowing Alli got to the finals, there's no doubt Zoe's fighting with everything she has to make it there herself.
AJ shoots to his feet, hitting the ropes springing back with a moonsault before he pulls Zoe up to her feet. AJ pounds a right hand into her jaw before he looks behind him. He turns back to Zoe, a smile on his lips as he climbs up the corner turnbuckles. Zoe jerks the arm causing AJ to crotch himself on the top turnbuckle, she follows him up. Zoe with a big forearm blow that sends AJ swaying backwards from the seated position. Zoe with a second blow rocks him again. Zoe kisses her hand, smacks AJ with a reverberating slap across the chest to nearly send him over. As AJ comes back to the upright seated position, Zoe turns so that her back is facing AJ, she has a wicked smile on her face.
Nick Webb: The Sovereign Champion has something big in mind here, Rayne!
Rayne: I don't think AJ is going to like what she has planned.
Zoe grabs AJ in a three quarter facelock and as she dives out from the corner; she brings AJ over her shoulder to slam him back first on the mat.
Nick Webb: What a move! What was that, some kind of a super snapmare?
Rayne: I don't know what you'd call it, but I can say this; AJ has to be hurting after that move.
Zoe hooks the leg and the referee slides into position.
1!
2!
3-No! AJ manages to roll a shoulder up, noticeably slower than before.
Rayne: AJ Adams kicks out! The Legacy Maker is still alive!
Nick Webb: Maybe, but that move definitely took a lot out of Adams. Zoe's looking considerably better than she has in the past few weeks... maybe that knee's finally healed up?
Zoe pulls AJ back up, locking his arms from the side and placing her palms on his upper back. Zoe lifts and releases in mid-air.
Nick Webb: Release Tiger Suplex, but AJ spins to land on his feet and is in the ropes! What a counter!
Zoe lands on her knees, looking up right into AJ's boot that slams into her face, knocking her backwards. Adams comes in with a springboard clothesline, taking her down onto her back. AJ immediately goes to the ankle, cinching in an ankle lock. Zoe rolls over quickly to grab onto the bottom rope, breaking the hold. AJ holds for the count of four before releasing to pull her back away from the ropes and up to her feet. He underhooks both of her arms, lifting her up and dropping her down with a double arm knee drop piledriver.
Rayne: And now it's Zoe Cooper on the ropes after a nasty shot!
Nick Webb: This match could still go either way, Rayne!
AJ whips Zoe into the corner, following with a high knee... but Zoe moves at the last second! AJ slams into the corner and Zoe holds onto the top rope for a moment, catching her breath. Zoe grabs him in a reverse front facelock, trying to wrench him over, but Adams escapes and goes for a hard kick right to Zoe’s injured leg, staggering the blond. He goes for a second kick, but Zoe catches it and spins him around, kicking him quickly and grabbing his head, driving it straight down into the mat!
Nick Webb: Candy Crush!
Rayne: That should be it, but Zoe is unable to capitalize after everything that's happened!
The referee gets near the two wrestlers, beginning his count of ten.
1!
Neither stir as he checks both from his standing position.
2!
Nick Webb: Say, what happens if both of these wrestlers were to get counted out?
Zoe moves a bit, blinking up at the lights as she grabs her knee.
3!
Zoe rolls her knee, getting the kink out of it.
4!
Rayne: Good question. Either Alli would win Happenstance on a technicality, which she'd love... or both Zoe and AJ would move on to the finals to face Alli, which she would probably sue over.
She rolls onto her side, trying to get on over to her front. AJ still isn't moving.
5!
Change that, AJ is flexing his fingers as Zoe gets up to her elbows beside the ropes.
6!
Zoe is up to her knees, shaking her head. AJ is shaking his head now.
7!
Zoe is up to her feet, and the count stops.
Nick Webb: The Sovereign Champion, taking advantage of the count to rest up a bit.
Rayne: Definitely a smart tactic. Remember, whoever wins here still has to go on to face Alli Taylor later tonight... so the quicker they can end this, the better.
Zoe rushes in towards Adams, who has gotten to his knees, leaping into the air she comes down with a leg drop that smashes AJ's face into the canvas. Zoe is up quickly, using the momentum to her advantage as she picks AJ up to a vertical base. She nails him in the midsection with a big knee into his gut before she grabs him in a front facelock. Zoe takes the back of her foot to slam it into the back of AJ's knees before she immediately hits the ropes. Zoe steps up on the bent knee of AJ, delivering a stunning shining wizard to the Eighth Survivor of Hellbound!
Nick Webb: Oh! Adams on the wrong end of that Shining Wizard.
Rayne: Zoe has the former World Champion on the ropes!
Zoe lifts AJ up to a groggy vertical base, wrapping his arms together from the side.
Nick Webb: Zoe setting up for the Z-Clamp here.
Rayne: She wants to end this here and now!
However, AJ stomps on her foot, breaking her concentration, and begins to power out with elbows to the Sovereign Champion's face. Zoe releases the hold, firing back with a few elbows of her own. AJ drops to one knee, slamming an elbow into her midsection, before jumping up and slamming a knee into her bent over face. Zoe is slammed back into a vertical position as AJ hits the ropes sliding between her legs. AJ is up to his feet, rushing forward to cause Zoe to slam chest first into the corner. Zoe stumbles back out, holding her face and trying to wipe away at her stinging eyes. AJ springs to the middle rope, coming back with a leg drop that slams Zoe's face into the mat. AJ is on a roll, but sits there the air rushing out of his body and the adrenaline having to rebuild itself.
Rayne: What's Adams doing?! Press the advantage while you have it!
Nick Webb: I think he's too exhausted to take advantage right now. I certainly can't blame him.
AJ rolls over to his feet, pulling Zoe up along with him. AJ starts hitting stiff knees into her face, keeping her out of it, before placing her head between his legs and grabbing her in a powerbomb position. Something in the Sovereign Champion seems to come alive as AJ lifts her up, as once on his shoulders, she begins to slam fists into his head and face. AJ drops her onto her back and falls backwards into the corner, but Zoe's head and neck slams painfully into the canvas.
Rayne: Ooh. That didn’t go quite as planned for Zoe, did it, Nick?
Nick Webb: I’m afraid not. I doubt either competitor saw the best of that, though Zoe may have gotten the worst.
Adams recovers, zeroing on the knee of Cooper now, walking over and getting on the mat, grabbing her leg and starting to tear the bandages off, throwing in some hard shots to the cap as he proceeds to remove all the wrappings. Zoe is screaming out as Adams tries to hook her leg in a grapevine, but Cooper is able to quickly sit up and grab his head, bending it backwards under her arm, wrapping her other leg around Adams and getting him fully in the Z-Clamp (Dragon Sleeper with Scissors)! The crowd explodes as Adams starts flailing his arms around, trying to get out of the hold as best he can, blindly reaching for the ropes, but to no avail. Adams starts fading fast, and without much recourse, he’s forced to tap out!
DING DING DING!!!
Scott Benjamin: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner as the result of a submission... advancing to the Finals of the 2014 Happenstance Tournament... ZOE COOPER!!!
"Happy" by Pharrell Williams hits the BlazenTron and the crowd cheers as Zoe releases her hold immediately like the sport she is and rolls away, getting to her good knee and breathing heavily. She raises an arm in victory, hurting, but still smiling.
Nick Webb: Zoe did it, Rayne! AJ put in a hell of a performance, but he got tied up at the worst possible spot. Solid effort, but tonight, Zoe caught him. She’ll be moving on to the finals tonight!
Rayne: Well, both her and Alli wanted each other in the finals, and that's exactly what we're going to get later here tonight. Who's going to emerge victorious in that bout? I can't wait!
The Maverick Militia
Johnny Maverick, Allen Chaney, and Spyke Gein are sitting quietly in the locker room, all dressed in their ring gear. Spyke is meditating, Allen is reading a Captain America comic, and Johnny is fidgeting like a small child with ADHD.
Johnny Maverick: I'm bored.
Allen Chaney: I have more comics.
Johnny Maverick: That's boring. You guys are boring.
A small Asian woman enters the room with a lunchbox she extends to Spyke. Johnny smacks it out of her hand.
Johnny Maverick: (loudly) WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU!?
Johnny points an accusatory finger at the woman, who yelps and hides behind Spyke.
Spyke Gein: Johnny, this is Naomi.
Johnny keeps pointing.
Spyke Gein: Naomi Takashi. My Girlfriend.
Johnny keeps pointing.
Spyke Gein: You've met her at least nine times now.
Johnny finally lowers his finger.
Johnny Maverick: God. BOOOOOOOOORED!
Johnny pushes past Naomi and leaves the locker room. Spyke turns to Naomi.
Spyke Gein: Sorry, he's not trying to be rude, he just gets a little... goofy sometimes.
Allen Chaney: You DO realize that Johnny is both loose in the building and bored, right?
Spyke thinks a moment then his eyes go wide with realization.
Johnny Maverick: Bored bored bored bored bored bored BORED BORED BOOOORED BOOOOORED!
Johnny sighs loudly as he walks through the halls. He's paying little attention to where he is going and suddenly he looks up to realize there are a lot of people here. He wandered until he came out from the back while the ring crew was setting up for the next match and the fans seem delighted to see him. Johnny looks around a moment and decides this would be a good oppurtunity to take a microphone. He does so.
Johnny Maverick: Brothers and Sisters. Fellow vibrations in the mind of the one true God, whose name is love. How are we doing tonight?
The audience responds with a loud cheer.
Johnny Maverick: I am here with a very important purpose.
Johnny half-lies.
Johnny Maverick: That purpose being a formal announcement. The BWF is good, but I am here to make it great. I am here to bring about a change in this roster the likes of which Emily Corlen could never have foreseen. I am here, ladies and gentlemen, to raise the bar. To show the roster that mediocrity holds no sway. There is a name for what I am here to cause. It’s called... a Revolution. The concept is not a new one in the world of professional wrestling but it is one that has failed more often than it has succeeded. I have stacked the odds against myself in this regard. Good. I work best when I’m against a wall. There are those in the back who believe I can’t do it. Emily Corlen probably doesn’t believe. I know Matt Stone doesn’t, but as I showed the PWA recently I have a gear that no one else can shift into. I am the current standard for greatness in this industry and if you don’t believe me? Step into the ring with me. Caspian Savage, Zoe Cooper, Matt Stone, Kristy Jackson, Elizabeth Davis. The Leader of the Maverick Militia has set his sights on you. You have been warned.
After Johnny finishes, he does a mic drop and leaves as "Revolution" by Pennywise plays him out.
DING DING DING!!!
Scott Benjamin: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is the Hardcore Open for the BWF Chaos Theory Championship! The rules are as follows. The match will last for fifteen minutes, will be Falls Count Anywhere, and will be contested under No Disqualification rules. If the Chaos Theory Champion is pinned or made to submit during that fifteen minutes, a new Champion will be crowned. This will continue until the time limit has expired, and when that occurs, whoever holds the Chaos Theory Championship will be your Champion.
Nick Webb: Interesting rule set there, Rayne. I don't think BWF's ever had a match quite like this before.
Rayne: Maybe not, but we did have a Dodgeball Match for the BWF Hardcore Title back in 2004, and that was sort of the same thing, right?
Nick Webb: ...not even a little bit.
Scott Benjamin: Introducing first, the challengers! He hails from Montreal, Quebec, Canada... weighing in tonight at 218 pounds... he is AXEL!!!
The whole arena turns dark and the lights get switched off. The crowd inside the arena shriek in utter confusion for a mere moment before the introductory breakdowns and filthy growls of the song "A Fractured Hand" by Despised Icon fills the arena and the fans jeer in booing. Axel enters and stands at the stage entrance with a bright white light beaming upon him as he draws a smirk onto his face with his arms wide open embracing the crowd's booing that manages to barely outbid his loud entrance music. He chuckles for a bit and then walks slowly towards the ramp and looks sideways at the fans that are sending him hate while he mocks the fans then slithers himself from under the lower rope into the ring and stands aside waiting for his opponent.
Nick Webb: Axel is himself a former Chaos Theory Champion, defeating the first Champion, Chris Maverick, one week after Chris won the title. Axel lost the title to the current Champion, and he's no doubt looking to regain what he lost here tonight.
Scott Benjamin: Introducing next, she hails from San Francisco, California... weighing in tonight at 165 pounds... she is the woman formerly known as Dagger... she is AKEMI HAYASHI!!!
Bubbles and strobelights! "Collapse Generation" by Arcturus! This may describe a high school dance, but it also describes the entrance of Akemi Hayashi, who happens to appear on the stage, popping bubbles in style with her cane. An awkward jig and she suddenly rips down the ramp and nearly collides with the ring if it weren't for a well-placed almost wire-fu like hop over the ropes. Well, it was wire-fu, she is seen taking the harness off. Akemi points her cane up and fires pez into the air before resting it outside the ring.
Rayne: Akemi Hayashi has struggled to make an impact here in the BWF since joining, picking up impressive wins, but failing to win any Championships. That could change for the former Hoodie Ninja here tonight. She's got the goods, but can she get it done?
Scott Benjamin: Introducing next, he hails from Killeen, Texas... weighing in tonight at 233 pounds... he is AUSTIN SCOTT!!!
"Kick It in the Sticks" by Brantley Gilbert hits the BlazenTron and Austin Scott walks out onto the stage, pumping his fist in the air. He walks down to the ring, high fiving a few fans in attendance, before sliding into the ring and awaiting the start of the match as his music fades.
Nick Webb: Austin Scott is a former Tag Team and International Champion here in BWF. Adding the Chaos Theory Title to his resume would only strengthen his portfolio here in the company.
Rayne: God, could you make that sound any more boring? You should change your name to BWF Excel 2014!
Scott Benjamin: Introducing next, he hails from Montreal, Quebec, Canada... weighing in tonight at 176 pounds... he is CHRIS MAVERICK!!!
"Rollin" by Limp Bizkit hits the BlazenTron and Chris Maverick walks to the ring. As he enters the ring, he takes off his leather jacket, and then sits in the corner, scratching his teeth with a fork as the music fades.
Nick Webb: Chris Maverick was the first-ever Chaos Theory Champion, winning the title in a battle royal at Danger Zone in May, but his reign was short lived. Tonight is his first chance to regain the title, and it's not a chance he's going to let slip through his fingers.
Scott Benjamin: Introducing next, he hails from New Orleans, Louisiana... weighing in at 280 pounds... he is JAMES CARSON!!!
The lights in the arena cut off. You hear James Carson's voice say "The end is near" and "Where is Your God Now" by Jimi Raymond begins playing on the BlazenTron. James Carson walks out onto the ramp and you can see a cross that is attached to a necklace on his neck that is glowing. When he gets about halfway, he takes off the necklace, kisses it and sets it on the ground. Carson then continues to make his way to the ring and through the ropes.
Rayne: James Carson was out of action for a few weeks, but he's back tonight and he's got a golden opportunity. Whether it's himself or his alter ego Jacob Marx, the odds may be on Carson's side in tonight's match.
Scott Benjamin: Introducing next, he hails from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico... weighing in tonight at 191 pounds... he is OMEN IV!!!
"Make 'Em Say Uhh!" by Master P hits the BlazenTron as Omen IV appears on the stage to cheers from the crowd. He dances down the aisle, slapping hands with the fans, before rolling into the ring and mounting the nearest turnbuckle to pose and flex as his music fades.
Nick Webb: Omen IV had a big win last week on Havok, teaming with International Champion Kristy Jackson to defeat The Love Hammers. Tonight, he has a chance to become a Champion all on his own, and with his pedigree, he just may make it happen!
Scott Benjamin: Introducing next, he hails from Hershey, Pennsylvania... weighing in tonight at 388 pounds... he is a BWF Hall of Famer... he is TOCO!!!
The lights in the arena change to a golden hue as “The Red “by Chevelle hits the BlazenTron. As the crowd reaches their feet, the man known as Toco walks out onto the stage to a huge pop. He poses for the crowd, and then walks down the ramp, slapping hands with the fans as he goes. He rolls into the ring, then walks to the ropes and throws his fist into the air, causing all four turnbuckles to explode with pyro as his music fades.
Rayne: Toco's the only Hall of Famer competing in this contest, and his quest to once again be a BWF titleholder may be close to coming to an end, which Toco would welcome, especially after losing his International Title match a few weeks back after being taken out backstage.
Scott Benjamin: Introducing next, he hails from Plainfield, New Jersey... weighing in tonight at 200 pounds... he is MIKE MOX!!!
"Smells Like Teen Spirit" by Nirvana hits the BlazenTron as Mike Mox walks to the ring, taking selfies with the fans as he goes, before flipping them off with the middle finger. As the crowd boos, Mox runs and slides into the ring, then jumps to his feet before taking off his jacket and throwing it into the crowd.
Nick Webb: Mike Mox was on the end of a savage beating from Mick Horrorflick just seven days ago. Taking Mick's title away from him would be the sweetest revenge... if he can pull it off.
Scott Benjamin: And finally, he is the current and reigning BWF Chaos Theory Champion... he hails from 'Way Out In The Boonies'... weighing in tonight at 290 pounds... he is "SICK" MICK HORRORFLICK!!!
"Bleed The Freak" by Alice in Chains hits, the lights dim a little, and out comes "Sick" Mick Horrorflick in his jeans, work boots and usually sleeveless black shirt, the BWF Chaos Theory Championship slung casually over his shoulder. Oh, and of course, that hockey mask strapped tight, tight to his face so that only his eyes and black hair are visible. The final details are the two very small black elbow pads on either elbow, the taped fists, and over those, the fingerless padded black gloves, padded just enough so that he doesn't ruin his hands by throwing punches. Mick makes a beeline for the ring, either stalking toward his corner, or charging right at the opponent the second he sees them. The ring bell is just white noise in Mick's mind.
Nick Webb: Mick Horrorflick is currently the longest reigning Chaos Theory Champion in BWF history, but this match type does not favor him. He may not be able to retain the title for the full fifteen minutes, but he can still win it back before the final bell sounds.
Rayne: And if he DOES manage to retain it for the full length of the match... we just might be looking at an unbeatable Chaos Theory Champion.
DING!
The ref calls for the bell as the match kicks off literally with all 8 men charging each other in the ring, Mick gains an early upper hand as he smashes Mike Mox and Chris Maverick out of the ring with a hard double clothes line! James Carson though catches Mick off guard and pulls him into a quick school boy! Akemi however dashes in from out of nowhere and hits James Carson right in the side of the head with a missile dropkick! The pin breaks up before the ref could get the two count and as Akemi hits the mat, Austin Scott boots her out of the ring onto Mike Mox and Chris with a hard baseball slide!
Nick Webb: Austin Scott, using Akemi Hayashi as a projectile there!
Austin Scott looks over the top rope at his handwork but then turns right into a Hurricanrana from Omen! Austin flips out of the ring into the gaggle of men below and the ring is left only with Toco who found Axel to be a bit more than just a handful, who had backed Toco into a corner with a flurry of left and rights, then finishes it off with a hard enziguri to the back of the head! Toco flops forward and Axel leaps up to the top rope then leaps off into Mick's right hand! Mick Horrorflick screams something intangible at Axel and hits him with the hard Witching Hour (Chokeslam Driver)!
Rayne: I think Axel just got eliminated! HA!
Mick throws his hands out to his sides and lets out a yell then smashes his fist against his chest! As he yells out to the crowd though, he doesn't notice Toco get up to his feet, and as Mick turns around, Toco winds him up for the To-Cutter and brings him down hard!! Toco flips him over onto his back for the pin and picks up the first title change of the night!
Scott Benjamin: The first title change of the match goes to TOCO!!! [12:07]
Nick Webb: He did it, Rayne! Toco broke his drought!
Rayne: Now, can he hold onto that title for twelve more minutes?
The crowd cheers in approval as the clock on the BlazenTron counts down from 12 minutes to 11! Toco raises his hand in the air, becoming the new Chaos Theory champion for now, he only needs to hold on for 11 minutes, but just as he turns to face whatever opponents are left in the ring, James Carson pulls him into an inverted DDT from behind! Multiple backstabs in this match all leading up to a hopeful title change! James Carson hooks the leg but Toco manages to kick out at two and nearly throw Carson off of him, But Toco barely manages to pick himself up when Akemi comes crashing down on top of him from a rough frog splash, using the ring ropes as a springboard from outside! Akemi hooks Toco's leg and after a quick three count, Akemi picks up the second title change of the night!
Scott Benjamin: The second title change of the match goes to AKEMI HAYASHI!!! [10:34]
Nick Webb: And like Toco before her, Akemi's drought is broken as she becomes the new Chaos Theory Champion!
Akemi rolls back and doesn't waste time to gloat as Chris Maverick, Austin Scott and Omen have now made their way back into the ring. The three men all converge on the new Chaos Theory Champion, Chris is the first to rush in and Akemi drops him against the ropes with a quick drop toe hold! Omen is next and he goes rushes in too, this time Akemi catches him and redirects him right into Chris Maverick against the ropes! Both men slump back out of the ring leaving Akemi to tango with Austin Scott, Austin takes it a little more cautiously and ties up with Akemi. Austin with the weight advantage manages to get the better of Akemi and puts her in a front headlock, but just as Austin goes for his famous Law and Order (Pumphandle Slam) Toco flies in from out of nowhere with a hard shoulder block!
Rayne: Toco just saved the Chaos Theory Champion! Idiot!
Austin goes down hard and pulls Akemi with him, but with a bit of skillful maneuvering she shifts out of the front headlock and rolls back out of Austin's reach. Toco quickly picks himself up along with Austin. Toco pulls Austin into the hold for his Fat Drop! (bubba bomb) but Austin just barely slips out of it and kicks Toco in the knee, Toco goes down and Akemi bounces off the rope to bring Toco down with a hard Shining Axe Kick! Akemi lands on her feet and turns back to face Austin who catches Akemi off guard with a huge spear! Austin hooks both her legs to pick up a three count!
Nick Webb: Austin Scott wins the title!
Scott Benjamin: The third title change of the match goes to AUSTIN SCOTT!!! [5:14]
Austin gets up from the pin with a smile on his face, and looks to the clock on the BlazenTron reading five minutes left, He chuckles to himself and turns right into a quick Brainwashing (Sister Abigail) from James Carson! Austin hits the mat hard and Carson goes for a loose pin and picks up the fourth title win of the night!
Scott Benjamin: The fourth title change of the match goes to JAMES CARSON!!! [5:02]
Rayne: James Carson! Or was it Jacob Marx? I don't know, and I doubt he does, either!
James Carson lets out a sort of maniacal laugh to himself as he lies on top of Austin Scott, he sits upright and looks to the clock, just under 5 minutes and counting. James gets up to his feet, stretches a little and turns back to face his opponents; however, the ring was mostly empty, sans for Austin Scott and Akemi, who were still out for the count at the moment, a tap on the shoulder, however, turns Carson's attention away as Mick Horrorflick is back in action! He grabs Carson by the back of his head and jumps off the apron, guillotining Carson off the top rope! James flies backwards into Omen IV, who hits him with a step-up enziguri! Carson goes down and Omen hooks his leg to pick up the win!
Scott Benjamin: The fifth title change of the match goes to OMEN IV!!! [3:49]
Nick Webb: We're just under four minutes left, and we've just had our fifth Chaos Theory Title change! This match is insane!
Omen wastes no time and boots Carson out of the ring and begins to clean up shop, tossing opponents out of the ring left and right, trying to kill as much time on the clock as he can. Austin, Toco and Akemi all go flying out of the ring. Three minutes and change left on the clock and Omen looks like he has no competitors left... that is, until, with his back turned, Mike Mox leaps up onto the apron! Omen turns his attention back to the man from New Jersey as he springboards off the top rope and attempts a moonsault! But, Omen is ready for him and counters his moonsault with an almost perfect standing dropkick right to the gut! Mike lands hard on top of Omen IV and gets his shoulders on the mat, but the count is broken up as Carson is back in the ring! The ref barely gets a one count in as Carson goes to pin Omen this time, but Omen reverses the pin into a cradle, the ref unsure of what to do, as Omen doesn't need to pin anyone, doesn't count!
Rayne: What is Omen doing?
Nick Webb: Think about it, Rayne... the longer he keeps the cradle in, the more time passes! And he can't be pinned if he's busy pinning someone else!
Rayne: That's... certainly a unique strategy.
Two minutes left on the clock! Mick Horrorflick is back in the ring; after the cameras just missed him drop Chris Maverick with a hard chair shot, he chucks the chair into the ring and slides under the bottom rope himself. Scooping up his weapon, he winds up and smashes the chair across Omen's back! Omen breaks the cradle and rolls away. Carson gets back up, seemingly unharmed from the chair shot, but Mick fixes that and chair chops Carson in the gut before he cracks the chair like a baseball bat across Carson's face!
Rayne: Home run! Ha ha ha!
Mick turns back to Omen and goes for another chair shot to finish the job, but just as he raises the chair high, Akemi rushes into the ring and kicks Mick hard in the gut! Mick falls to his knees and Akemi bounces off the ropes and hits her Grapey Marshmallow Fizz (Shining Axe Kick!); the kick knocks Mick out completely and Akemi turns her attention back to the reigning Champ!
Nick Webb: This one's gonna come down to the wire! Watch the clock, guys!
Omen backs up into the corner, his eye on the clock; thirty seconds left! Omen ducks out of the corner and out of Akemi's reach! Twenty seconds! Omen pushes Akemi into the corner to stall for more time, but Akemi spins around quickly, catches Omen just as he was about to sidestep her, pulls his arm into a hammerlock, and drops Omen with her Gift of the Starflower (Devillock DDT)! Five seconds left! Akemi hooks the leg! Four! The ref counts 1! Three! The ref counts 2! Two! The ref drops his hand for the three count, just as the clock hits one and the buzzer sounds, leaving the ref to call for the bell and the end of the match!
DING DING DING!!!
Scott is unsure what to declare, until the ref leans over the ropes and shouts something to him. Scott nods and lifts his mic to his mouth.
Scott Benjamin: Ladies and gentlemen... the sixth title change of the match goes to AKEMI HAYASHI!!! [0:01] Therefore, your winner of this contest and the BWF Chaos Theory Champion... AKEMI HAYASHI!!!
"Collapse Generation" by Arcturus hits the BlazenTron as Akemi realizes what she just heard was real and leaps to her feet! She starts dancing around the ring in celebration as the ref hands her the Chaos Theory Title and, along with the ref raising her hand, Akemi throws her title up in the air to the cheers and applause of the BWF crowd.
Nick Webb: Wow! Talk about a buzzer shot! With ONE SECOND left on the clock, Akemi Hayashi becomes a two-time Chaos Theory Champion and is leaving Baltimore with the Championship! What a match!
Rayne: I'll say. Now, let's see how long she can hold onto it!
Don’t Call it a Comeback
We pan backstage where Matt Stone is standing alone, wearing a Ray Lewis Baltimore Raven’s jersey, but he’s not doing it to pander to the crowd.
Matt Stone: Tonight is my chance to finally win the BWF World Title, the one belt that I’ve actually wanted to win that has eluded me thus far. Sure, I was the RXW World Champion, never lost a match in fact, but we all know RXW was a shit hole compared to the BWF. This company has the history that means something, this match tonight means something, and whether Emily wants to see it or not, she’s done me a huge favor in putting me in this match. She wants to threaten to take my job, that’s fine with me, if I can’t cut it, if I’m not the best, I don’t want to be here and play second fiddle to a rookie who can’t throw a punch or a scrub who lost to me with two partners on his side! No, I am the man, I am the best wrestler this company has, or has ever seen for that matter! I’m Matt Stone and I have all the motivation in the world to do this! Ray Lewis retired as a Raven last year and the team tanked. If I leave the BWF, it’ll tank, but don’t worry dear fans; this company will flourish with me as its Champion. Everyone thinks me an Evil bastard, and I’ll prove them all right tonight if I have to, I’m willing to permanently remove both Scorpio and Elizabeth from this business if it means walking out with the BWF World Championship. Tonight, the man who should rightfully be champion will be crowned, and after tonight, everyone will learn that there is no SHUTTING ME UP!!!
Matt walks out of view, obviously in a more serious mood than we’ve seen him before.
DING DING DING!!!
Scott Benjamin: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for ONE fall and it is for the BWF International Championship! Introducing first, the challenger... he hails from Skymont, Tennessee... weighing in tonight at 262 pounds... he is a BWF Hall of Famer... the PWNStar... he is CASEY CAMPBELL!!!
The lights go out as cameras start to flash. The bridge from “Berzerk” by Eminem begins to play and loops through twice as a spotlight shines down to the center of the stage.
Now this shit's about to kick off, this party looks wack
Let's take it back to straight hip-hop and start it from scratch
The lights have come up and purple smoke starts to fill the stage. An arrangement of fireworks go off near the entrance as a hulking silhouette is shown and coming from the smoke is Casey Campbell ready for action. He stands at the top of the stage and looks over towards the side stage and flexes for all to see and all that see are giving a mixed welcome to the PWNStar. A few women in the crowd can be heard screaming for Campbell.
We're gonna rock this house until we knock it down
So turn the volume loud, cause it's mayhem 'til the a.m.
Nick Webb: Casey Campbell fell to Zoe Cooper last week in the Happenstance Tournament.
Rayne: And he got an International Championship match out of it? Seems like a decent enough consolation prize.
Campbell takes his time walking down the ring and makes sure to pose in front of a camera placed near the fans on the ramp.
Ain't slowin' down, throw in the towel, t-t-towel towel
Dumb it down, I don't know how, how, how, how
At least I know that I don't know
Question is are you bozos smart enough to feel stupid
Casey flexes in the middle of the ring as the music begins to die down. He looks around the arena and soaks in whatever reaction the fans want to give him.
Scott Benjamin: And introducing his opponent... she is the current and reigning BWF International Champion... she hails from Richmond, Virginia... weighing in tonight at 112 pounds... she is KRISTY JACKSON!!!
“In the Dark” by DEV starts to play throughout the arena as pink and red lights pulsate around.
On my waist, through my hair
Think about it when you touch me there
Close my eyes, here you are
All alone dancing in the dark
Tell me baby if it's wrong
To let my hands do what they want
Late at night I pretend we are
Dance, dance, da-dance dancing in the dark
During the first 30 seconds or so the song builds more and more as the lights flash. As there’s a break and a horn kicks into the song we see Kristy Jackson make her way to the stage. She smiles as the crowd cheers for her as she adjusts the BWF International Championship around her waist. She looks to the ring and locks onto Campbell who is stretching against the ropes. She makes her way to the stage and finally takes a knee at the bottom. She smacks the metal a few times and pops up, takes a quick step and slides in under the ropes. She jumps to the second rope and poses for the fans as she holds the International Title out. She pops back to the mat and hands the title off to the referee.
Nick Webb: Kristy Jackson received a golden ticket to an International Title Match a few weeks ago when the scheduled challenger, Toco, was attacked backstage. She won that match, defeating both Matt Stone and Scorpio in the main event of Havok to win that title, and tonight, she defends the title for the first time against a very game Casey Campbell.
The crowd cheers for Kristy as she keeps her eyes locked onto Casey. The referee holds the title up high before handing it off. He says something to both competitors and calls for the bell to start the match.
DING!
The two competitors start to circle each other and it isn’t long before Campbell rushes and drops Jackson with a forearm. Jackson pops right back up and gets taken down with a short arm clotheslines. Jackson rolls to her knees and pushes off her feet, driving her shoulder into the gut of Campbell and pushes him into the corner. She drives her shoulder into his gut three times before running off the far ropes. She looks to connect with a cross body but Campbell catches her mid-air and carries her into the middle of the ring before falling forward and lands on top of Jackson.
Nick Webb: Casey’s strategy will clearly be to use that strength to wear Kristy down until she can’t get up.
Rayne: Kristy is going to need to mount a lot of offense if she’s going to keep Casey from winning the title.
Campbell pulls Jackson to her feet and whips her into the ropes. He lifts her up over his head and steps forward and lets her fall face first to the mat. Jackson pulls herself up using the ropes. Campbell charges and looks for a clothesline but Jackson pulls the ropes down and he goes up and over the top. Campbell hits the floor in front of the announcers table. Jackson looks around and rushes the ropes as Campbell starts to stand. She jumps and flips over the top ropes and crashes into Campbell as the fans pop.
Rayne: Kristy Jackson using her body as a weapon!
Both competitors are slow to get up as the referee has started his count in the ring.

Jackson is up and slides into the ring as Campbell isn’t too far behind. The two competitors lock up in the middle of the ring and Campbell locks in a side headlock and applies enough pressure to spin Jackson around like a rag doll. He spins around and drives her head first into the mat with a DDT and into a cover.

Kickout!
Nick Webb: Not enough there for Campbell.
Campbell stands and pulls Jackson up by her hair as the referee tells him to watch the hair. Campbell drives a knee into the gut of Jackson before clubbing her in the back. She falls to a knee as Campbell taunts by flexing his right arm. He runs off the ropes and looks for the Brush of Greatness (Clothesline to the back of the head) as she stands but Jackson ducks. Campbell keeps running off the far ropes and on his way back is met with a jumping hurricanrana. Campbell is sent across the ring and gets to a knee but is quickly met with a shining wizard kick to the back of the head. Campbell falls face first and Jackson rolls him over and slowly drags him to the middle of the ring for a cover.

Kickout! Jackson snaps her fingers as she stands and composes herself.
Nick Webb: Kristy needs to stay on Casey.
Rayne: I think she has something in mind here.
Jackson has climbed out to the apron and is waiting for Campbell to stand up. She jumps to the top rope and as he stands and turns towards her she dives and connects with a big crossbody splash. She goes for a cover but Campbell quickly throws his shoulder up and climbs to his feet. Jackson kicks Campbell in the gut and looks for a DDT but he reverses by lifting her in the air. She doesn’t let go of the headlock and wraps her legs around in a grapevine.
Rayne: I think she’s choking Casey out! You can’t do that!
Nick Webb: The referee is looking right at it and is saying it isn’t a choke. I think Casey is starting to fade!
Campbell falls to a knee as Jackson screams as she applies pressure. The referee checks on Campbell who refuses to give up. He starts to drive hard shots into the sides of Jackson who is finally forced to break the hold. Campbell reaches out and grabs her and locks in a bearhug. She starts to squeeze the life out of Jackson as the crowd tries to cheer Jackson on.
Rayne: And the tables have turned.
Campbell spins and drives Jackson into the mat with a belly to belly suplex and rolls into a cover.

Kickout!
The champion isn’t done yet as she starts to get to her feet. Campbell comes off the ropes and hits a shoulder block on Jackson as she hits the mat and gets right back up. Campbell lands a few lefts and rights on the champion. Jackson starts to fight back until Campbell drops her with a headbutt. Campbell pulls her to her feet and whips her into the corner, following and connecting with a big clothesline. Campbell looks for a second as he backs up and charges but this time Jackson is able to dodge and hits off the ropes. She springboards and spins mid-air and looks for another crossbody but Campbell catches her and lifts him onto his shoulders and hits the Bromageddon (Shell Shock)! Campbell dives into the cover as the fans boo and count along.

3-NO! Foot on the ropes! The fans erupt in cheers as Jackson is able to get her foot on the bottom rope.
Nick Webb: Kristy Jackson somehow gets her foot on the rope just in time, no doubt taking a page out of Scorpio's book from this past Havok.
Rayne: That was close! If that was in the middle of the ring, we could easily have a new International Champion right now.
Campbell is fuming and pulls Jackson to the middle of the ring by her hair and the referee once again yells at him and gives him an official warning. Campbell pulls her to her feet and lifts her for a scoop slam and drives her hard into the mat. He yells “That’s it!” as he starts to position her for the Campbell Clutch (Crouching Cobra Clutch). He grabs one arm of Jackson but she swings her head backwards and busts Campbell right in the jaw, causing him to stagger backwards in shock. Jackson is up and steps forward and gets to the second rope as Campbell staggers. He finally turns towards her and she comes off the second rope with the Final Assault (Superman Punch) and Campbell falls backwards. She hooks his leg for a cover.

Kickout!
Jackson and the crowd can’t believe it as the referee tells her two. She’s slow moving as Campbell starts to get to his feet. He looks for a clothesline but Jackson ducks and dropkicks him in the back. He falls forward and gets hung up on the second rope. She runs off the far ropes and spins through them and blasts Campbell in the face with her feet as the crowd pops for the Bloodline (619). Campbell goes flying backwards and Jackson wastes no time making her way to the top rope! She leaps off and catches Campbell with the Suicide Attack (Swanton Bomb), then covers, hooking both legs as the crowd counts along!

DING DING DING!!!
Scott Benjamin: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner and STILL the BWF International Champion... KRISTY JACKSON!!!
"In The Dark" By DEV begins to play over the BlazenTron as Kristy stands up and is handed the International Championship. She poses on the top rope, holding the title up as the crowd cheers loudly.
Nick Webb: What a win for the International Champion!
Rayne: She beat two of the three competitors in tonight's main event to win that title, and now she's pinned a Hall of Famer in the middle of the ring to retain it! I have to admit it... there's big things in Kristy Jackson's future!
Democracy in Action
"EARLIER TONIGHT" appears on the screen as the cameras go outside the arena and fall upon a large gaggle of people, all crowded around a large structure that looks to be a hastily thrown together circle-shaped stage, with a tower erected out of the middle that overlooks the area. The crowd buzzes quietly; as other BWF fans pass by to enter the arena, some break off to join the crowd and see what is going on. Then, all of the sudden, a familiar roar of an engine cracks the quiet buzzing as the crowd collectively turns to face a black 74' Pontiac Trans-Am, with its roof down and the driver exposed. The engine comes to a stop and the driver stands up on his seat.
Scorpio: Can you count?
The crowd erupts in a roar, some of it cheers, some of it boos. Clearly, some of the fans are 'Working Class' while others are just there to see what is going on. Scorpio continued over all the ruckus.
Scorpio: I said... can you count?
The crowd dies down just a bit. Some fans shout "We're with you, Scorpio!" and "Come on, man!"
Scorpio: At last week's Havok, over five thousand people had their tickets taken at the door... that's over five thousand Working Class ready to change the BWF for the better.
Scorpio hops down from his vehicle, and begins to walk through the crowd towards the large stage thrown together.
Scorpio: That's five thousand people who have seen the light... and tonight, the Baltimore Arena... seating capacity of 14,000... give or take a few people who would rather sit in ignorance than help me... that's at least 12,000 people. I said, can you count? 17,000... confirmed Working Class... ready to fight!
The crowd erupts in another roar of approval for Scorpio as he begins to climb up to the small post that had been built, much like Cyrus from the Warriors addressing the gangs of New York.
Scorpio: Tonight, Happenstance airs, and tonight, a King or Queen will be crowned, but a King or Queen in name only... for what is a King without his Kingdom? When the Monarch of Happenstance takes their place after winning the tournament, they'll look over their subjects and see a sea of the Working Class... 12,000 in attendance and millions around the world... their eyes not on the new Monarch of Happenstance... but on the Mission Hill Missionary coming out on top, with the bodies of Elizabeth Davis and her mentor Matt Stone under my feet. For what is a King without his Kingdom... when his Kingdom elects their own leader?
There's a short bit of silence, then the crowd erupts again in another cheer for the Mission Hill Missionary.
Scorpio: Tonight... I will continue my quest to rid this company of the lethargic, apathetic dredges, sitting in the back, just hoping someone notices them instead of going out and doing something... because you don't get anywhere without working for it.
He stands there for a moment.
Scorpio: And while I usually end my speeches with my catchphrase... tonight will be different. Tonight, the eyes of the world will not just be on me... but it... as I raise the BWF World Title high, and 12,000 Working Class are on their feet, chanting my name... the eyes of the world will be on the people of Baltimore... who will witness the turn first hand... and when you're asked years from now, when BWF is the #1 company in the world, how did all of this happen? You'll say... Scorpio.
The crowd erupts in another large cheer as Scorpio stands, his arms outstretched, soaking it all in. The cameras fade as they go back into the arena.
DING DING DING!!!
Scott Benjamin: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is a Tag Team Turmoil Match... and it is for the BWF Tag Team Championships!!! Introducing the first team... Phoenix and BioCyde... PHOENICYDE!!!
"Corpse Within My Soul" by DL Token starts playing as fire explodes from the stage and the behemoth team of Phoenix and BioCyde saunters out. They walk past the fans in attendance, ignoring them as usual, but this time the reason is their being focused on their chance at being the BWF Tag Team Champions and resurrecting their career for lack of a better word. Once in the ring, they stand together watching the entrance ramp to see who their first opponents would be.
Nick Webb: Whomever is out second is in for a world of hurt... Phoenix and BioCyde look ready to re-establish their reputation.
Rayne: Well, let’s see who it is!
Scott Benjamin: Introducing the second team... they are the current and reigning BWF Tag Team Champions... Allen Chaney and Spyke Gein... THE REJECTS!!!
The opening of "Light Grenades" by Incubus begins and out step Allen Chaney and Spyke Gein, their BWF Tag Team Titles strapped around their waists. Allen turns to Spyke and smacks him across the face. Spyke smacks Allen across the face. They both smile insanely and run down to the ring. Allen slides under the bottom rope and Spyke hops to the apron and flips over the top rope into the ring.
Nick Webb: The Tag Champions are out already!?
Rayne: We’re almost guaranteed to have new Tag Champions, Nick!
Nick Webb: You might be right!
DING!
Allen and BioCyde start the match off trading clubbing blows back and forth, Chaney getting the advantage by hitting slightly harder, backing BioCyde up against the ropes and whipping him across the ring, catching him on the rebound with a powerslam. Allen starts hammering more rights on his head before Phoenix comes in and kicks Chaney in the side of the head. BioCyde takes advantage a she gets back up, knee to Allen’s guy and lifts the big man up for a gutwrench powerbomb! Off the ropes, BioCyde drops and elbow and goes for a cover, only getting a two count. Allen starts trying to get to his corner, but BioCyde cuts him off, lifting him up and hitting him with a back elbow. He goes for a big boot, but Allen catches it and spins him around, lunging forward with a big clothesline! Chaney leaps up and lands right on top of BioCyde for a big splash, getting a two count before Phoenix breaks up the count. This brings in Spyke over the top rope, running at Phoenix and dropkicking him in the knee, catching him with a quick follow-up kick to the side of the head. BioCyde is getting back up, Allen lifting him up for a spinebuster, Spyke catching him in the face with a wheel kick at the same time as Chaney slams him down and goes for the cover, getting the three count!
DING!
Scott Benjamin: The team of Phoenix and BioCyde has been eliminated!
Nick Webb: Well, the Champions are looking good so far out here.
Rayne: Yeah yeah, but they still have three more teams to go through.
Scott Benjamin: Introducing the next team... Stryker Cloud and Xander Strife... X-FACTOR!!!
"No Sleep 'Til Brooklyn" by the Beastie Boys hits the BlazenTron and both Stryker Cloud and Xander Strife head out onto the stage. They make an X with their arms and a gold pyro X goes off on the stage behind them. They run down to the ring and slide inside, Spyke starting in the match this time against Xander, who charges in with a knee lift, doubling Gein over to allow for several double axe handles to the back of the head. Strife sends Spyke into the X-Factor’s corner and follows up with a big splash, tagging in his partner Stryker. Stryker enters in and flips Spyke over with a snap suplex, floating over for a cover but only getting a two count. Stryker dashes over at Allen on the apron, but is caught with a forearm coming in, dazing him for Spyke to run up behind him and get him with a chop block. Spyke tags in Allen, who gets in the ring and runs over Stryker as he’s getting up with a shoulder block. getting back up, Cloud is lifting high in the air for a one man flapjack, Cloud landing hard on the mat. Strife gets in the ring now and charges at Chaney, who sidesteps the man and tosses him over the top rope to the floor. Spyke gets tagged back in and quickly goes to the top rope, Allen grabbing him and throwing him across the ring for a crossbody on Cloud, hooking both legs and getting the three count!
DING!
Scott Benjamin: The team of Stryker Cloud and Xander Strife has been eliminated!
Nick Webb: That’s two down for the tag champs, could they go the distance?
Rayne: No, there’s still two more top teams here in the BWF to come out.
Scott Benjamin: Introducing the next team... Hardcore Mike and Stone... THE ULTIMATES!!!
"British Invasion" by Dale Oliver hits as Hardcore Mike and Stone, The Ultimates, walk to the ring. Stone and Allen starting out and we can see that Allen is getting tired as he’s unable to avoid the contact Stone makes to start off, sending right hand after right hand at Allen. Off the ropes and Stone jumps in the air for a clothesline, knocking the big man down. Stone goes for a cover on the weakened champion, but only gets a two count. Stone tries to drag Allen over to his corner, but he has some trouble, allowing for Chaney to kick Stone off him and into the ropes, catching him on the rebound for an inside cradle, but this only gets two as well. Chaney gets up to his feet, but he can’t stop the tag of Hardcore Mike who runs in the ring and dropkicks Allen, but the force of the blow knocked him back and into his own corner, where Spyke tags himself in. Mike goes in on the attack, but misses a clothesline and hits the corner, getting a back kick to the face for his trouble. Spyke rams his shoulder into Mike’s abdomen a few times, grabbing his head and getting up on the top turnbuckle, leaping off and driving his head into the mat with a tornado DDT. Rather than go for the cover, Spyke dashes across at Stone and knocks him off the apron, measuring Mike as he gets up and connects with The Norris (High-Impact Roundhouse Kick to the Head; Instant KO) With Stone out on the outside, there’s nothing to stop Spyke from going for the cover and getting the three count!
DING!
Scott Benjamin: The team of Hardcore Mike and Stone has been eliminated!
Nick Webb: The dream is real! There’s only one more team left to come out Rayne!
Rayne: I gotta admit it, I’m impressed, but the Rejects lost to the Love Hammers during the Hammers’ debut match... if they can do it again, they'll be the new BWF Tag Team Champions!
Scott Benjamin: Introducing the final team... Caruso Love and Jack "The Mack" Hammer... THE LOVE HAMMERS!!!
The familiar and famous raucous noise of Kiss plays across the BlazenTron as "Love Gun" by Kiss kicks off with a bang. The Love Hammers make their way out to the ring, slapping the hands of some fans as they march down to the ring, paying close attention to some lovelies at the sides before sliding under the bottom rope, where they waste no time, as they both start beating down the Rejects, all four men brawling it out in the ring. The referee tries to get some sort of control here and eventually it’s Spyke and Jack left in the ring, Jack having the upperhand. Mackhammer lifts Spyke up and drops him straight down on his head with a piledriver, going for a cover, but somehow only getting a two count. Hammer lifts Gein up and sends him at the ropes, ducking his head for a back body drop, but Spyke leaps over him for a sunset flip, Jack remaining standing and jumps up, trying to sit on Gein, but missing. Spyke gets up and starts throwing feet at Jack as he gets up, Jack fights out of the flurry and throws Gein towards the ropes, but Spyke uses it to execute his Rising Sun-of-a-bitch (Back Handspring elbow)! Both men are down, Spyke looking the worse for wear after going through three other teams. Jack makes the tag to Caruso who runs in and prevents Spyke from doing the same, dragging him back out to the center of the ring, dropping an elbow on his lower back. Love sends some stomps on Spyke, picking him up and dropping him straight down on his knee with a backbreaker, going for a cover, but getting just a two. Love lifts Spyke up, throwing him at the ropes, Spyke and Allen’s hands touch for a blind tag, but that doesn’t stop Love from catching Spyke and flipping over him for his Sin City Spin (Hurrican-rana into a DDT). Allen comes in and before Love knows what’s happening, Caruso is pulled in and elevated, being dropped straight down with THE PUNCHLINE (Package Piledriver)!!! Allen goes for the cover, Jack not even realizing what happened until it was too late as we get the 1... 2... 3!!!
DING DING DING!!!
Scott Benjamin: Ladies and gentlemen, here are your winners... and STILL BWF Tag Team Champions... Allen Chaney and Spyke Gein... THE REJECTS!!!
Nick Webb: They did it! The Rejects have retained the Tag Team Titles against four straight teams!
Rayne: I don’t believe it, I just don’t!
"Light Grenades" by Incubus plays as Allen helps Spyke to his feet and holds him up as they receive the Tag Belts, successful despite all the odds.
Not So Fast
Before Allen and Spyke can even soak in their victory, "The Look" by Roxette hits the BlazenTron and BWF C.E.O. Emily Corlen walks out onto the stage, microphone in hand.
Emily Corlen: Hang on, boys. Take a breather. I'm afraid your night isn't over quite yet.
Allen and Spyke look at one another before turning their attention to the C.E.O. as the crowd buzzes.
Emily Corlen: See, I advertised this Tag Team Turmoil Match to feature EVERY BWF tag team. You did defeat four of the toughest teams BWF had to offer... but you haven't defeated all of them. Not yet.
Nick Webb: What is she talking about?
Emily Corlen: Now, I'm not talking about Kristy Jackson and Omen IV. They had a big win on Havok last week, yes, but they also competed earlier tonight in their own title matches. I'm talking about the new tag team BWF just signed moments ago. Literally, the ink is still wet on the contracts.
The crowd buzzes excitedly, wondering who she could be talking about.
Emily Corlen: Ironically, boys, I'm certain you both know this new duo, through blood or otherwise. Hell, Allen, you were once Tag Team Champions with one of them back in the RXW days.
Allen's eyes widen slightly as he and Spyke begin putting two and two together.
Emily Corlen: So, this Tag Team Title Turmoil Match will officially continue as of right now... as you defend those titles in one more match against the BWF's newest tag team... DESTINY FIGGINS AND ALISON JAMES!!!
The crowd pops loudly as Emily walks back through the curtain and Allen and Spyke seem beside themselves. They start furiously talking strategy as the crowd continues cheering loudly.
Nick Webb: Unbelievable! A sixth team has been added to this Tag Team Turmoil Match; the debuting Destiny Figgins and Alison James! This crowd is going nuts!
Rayne: I'll tell you what, though, the Rejects aren't happy and I can't blame them. What kind of power play is this on Emily's part?
Nick Webb: What do you mean? She said the contracts were just officially signed right before these two women were added to this match. She said every team in BWF would compete!
Rayne: Then, where are Kristy Jackson and Omen IV? They had a big win over the Love Hammers last Monday on Havok!
Nick Webb: They already competed tonight. Look, I can't pretend to understand how the C.E.O.'s mind works. I just call the action.
Rayne: It's a little shady, that's all I'm saying.
Scott Benjamin: Introducing the final team... DESTINY FIGGINS AND ALISON JAMES!!!
Disheveled after taking out four straight teams, The Rejects can't believe what they've just heard from the C.E.O., even as "Path Vol. II" by Apocalyptica ft. Sandra Nasic starts playing over the BlazenTron. The fans cheer this match continuing as Destiny Figgins and Alison James race out onto the ramp and quickly slide into the ring, not wanting to waste this opportunity.
DING!
All four competitors quickly coalesce in the center of the ring, pounding on one another as the fans cheer for both teams. Alison and Allen, former RXW Tag Team Champions, single one another out, while Destiny squares off against Spyke. Destiny and Spyke's fight spills to the outside, leaving Alison and Allen as the legal competitors. Alison uses her speed to knock Allen loopy, but one stiff clothesline is all it takes the ground the youngest James sister. Allen runs to the ropes and comes back with a body splash, but Alison rolls out of harm's way, leaving Allen to land unceremoniously on the mat.
Nick Webb: Allen misses with a big splash!
Rayne: A splash that would have surely ended the career of little Ali James!
Nick Webb: He's lost a lot of weight, you know.
Rayne: Yeah, but it's no fun to make fun of someone for getting in proper shape!
On the outside, Destiny ducks The Norris (High-Impact Roundhouse Kick to the Head; Instant KO), leaps onto the ring barricade, springboards off and catches Spyke with a Tornado DDT on the way down, driving Spyke's head into the mat on the outside! The crowd pops as she poses, then quickly hops on over to her corner as she notices Alison reaching for a tag. She tags in as Allen starts to get to his feet and runs the ropes, catching him on the rebound with the Destiny Hammer (Corkscrew Scissor Kick)! Spyke is still down on the outside from the DDT as Destiny covers Allen!
1!
2!
3-NO! Kickout! At the last second, Allen gets his shoulder up and the crowd roars!
Nick Webb: After everything, The Rejects still will not die! Amazing!
Destiny looks up and quickly rolls off of Allen, just in time for Alison to fly off the top rope and hit Allen with the Mandelbrot Set (Split-Legged Corkscrew Moonsault)! She slides over to the side nearest Spyke and checks on him, still down on the outside after the Sin City Spin/Tornado DDT combo, as she shouts something to Destiny. Destiny nods and both women run to the opposite ropes, coming together as they drop a unified leg drop across Allen's neck and head! Allen isn't moving even as Destiny cinches in her Zipline (Shining Triangle) on the former AoWF World Champion. Spyke starts to come to on the outside of the ring, but Alison runs to the ropes and flies out with a suicide plancha, taking both competitors down to the mat!
Rayne: Is this all she wrote for The Rejects?
The referee checks on Allen, but he isn't moving. Destiny pulls back harder on the submission as the referee lifts Allen's arm once... and it falls. Twice... and it falls. Three times... and it falls. The crowd pops for the title change (and possibly in shock) as the referee calls for the bell.
DING DING DING!!!
Scott Benjamin: Ladies and gentlemen... here are your winners as the result of technical knockout... and the NEW BWF Tag Team Champions... DESTINY FIGGINS AND ALISON JAMES!!!
"Path Vol. II" by Apocalyptica ft. Sandra Nasic starts playing again as Alison slides into the ring and hugs Destiny as the official retrieves the Tag Titles. He hands them off, one to each woman, then holds their arms up in triumph as they receive a mixed reaction from the crowd.
Nick Webb: After everything The Rejects went through to retain those Tag Titles... five straight tag matches were one match too many. That's rough. Hats off to Allen and Spyke for a hell of a performance, but this isn't on them. They never prepared to face Destiny and Alison. I can only imagine they'll have some choice words for the C.E.O. come Havok.
Rayne: Oh, stop. They knew what they were getting into when this match was announced, and they should have been - and I think they were - ready for anything. It just happened that tonight, Destiny and Alison won this match. Congrats, girls! Welcome to BWF - you picked a hell of a way to debut!
It's All About Alli
There are a handful of stagehands running around the backstage area after the last match and we see Alli Taylor moving past them towards the stage for the Happenstance Final. She sees the backdrop used for a handful of interviews set up and a camera sitting by. She waves the cameraman over and heads to the backdrop. She pulls her hair out of her face and grabs a microphone as she looks around.
Alli Taylor: You! There!
She points over as the camera pans over to see Akoda Yang walking around. He points to himself and Alli nods. She motions him to come over as he does and stands beside her.
Akoda Yang: Hello. I am Akoda Yang.
Alli Taylor: I know who you are, idiot. Just stand there and pretend you’re about to get the interview of your career.
Akoda Yang: BWF! Here we stand with Alli Taylor. Finalist Happenstance Tournament!
Alli cuts him off.
Alli Taylor: You mean the soon to be Happenstance Queen. I came back with personal missions and here I am with the chance to win one of the biggest matches in my career. I saw Zoe Cooper and saw everything that should’ve been mine during my first stint in the BWF. I was lucky with my timing in coming back near Happenstance. I get the chance to prove that I am in fact better than that goody good and win the tournament and eventually compete for the BWF World Championship. Alli Taylor, Happenstance Queen. It should be me that has the guy, has the gold, the fans, and recognition. Tonight it’s all about me. Time to add some Beauty to the list of Happenstance winners. The entire world is going to have my name in their mouth tomorrow. Alli Taylor will be the biggest star in the BWF.
Alli shoves the microphone into the chest of Akoda and walks away.
DING DING DING!!!
Scott Benjamin: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for ONE fall! Introducing first... he hails from New Kensington, Pennsylvania... weighing in tonight at 251 pounds... he is the Jackal of Justice... he is CASPIAN SAVAGE!!!
The Lights throughout the entire Blazenwing Wrestling Federation arena simultaneously begin to flicker out one by one before finally going completely out, and engulfing the entire arena in darkness, as the arena goes completely dark "Dead and Gone" by Carl Bensley begins to blare on out of the PA Sound system, as it does the words "JUSTICE", "HONOR", "RESPECT", "ORDER" flash across the BlazenTron in Gold lettering as "THE JACKAL OF JUSTICE" CASPIAN SAVAGE steps out from behind the black curtains. The hulking tank like frame of Savage can be seen wearing a black short sleeve shirt, and over top his shirt a black SWAT vest can be seen, his shoulder length jet black hair can be seen tied back into a pony tail. Savage stands alone in the isle as fans can be heard booing him and making marks of disgust as he soaks in the abhorrence of hatred towards him as if they were cheers of joy as he continues looking out into the darkness that surrounds around him. After a few minutes Savage slowly strides on down to the ring, once at ringside he walks around to the steel steps and walks on up them and enters the ring. Once inside the ring Savage throws out his arms (ala Randy Orton) and poses for a few seconds as he awaits for his opponent to come on out from behind the black curtains.
Nick Webb: Caspian Savage was a favorite going into this year's Happenstance Tournament, but he fell in the Quarterfinals to Finn McConnaigh.
Rayne: You're forgetting the part where Johnny Maverick distracted Savage, leading to Finn picking up the win, which is why this match is happening tonight!
Scott Benjamin: And introducing his opponent... he hails from Washington D.C.... weighing in tonight at 200 pounds... he is the Sadistic Sex Symbol... he is JOHNNY MAVERICK!!!
The opening of "Revolution" by Pennywise plays throughout the arena and "The Sadistic Sex Symbol" Johnny Maverick emerges, smiling widely as 'The Objects', a pair of gorgeous, busty women follow behind him.
As we walk through these troubled times
We struggle through this so called life
Waiting for something to change
And now all hope is gone
The pain has lingered far to long
Black is a sky filled with rage
Johnny walks down the ramp and waves and smacks hands with members of the audience as he makes his way to the ring.
It's been too Long
We're holding on
We'll right this wrong
And fight on
We will remember today
Johnny hops onto the apron and holds the rope so the two lovely redheads may enter the ring. Johnny climbs in after them.
Let me hear You say wo-o-oh
We we want a revolution
One more time in for solutions
The two ladies open their handbags and each pull out a black and red MMA glove. Johnny extends his hands and they each put a glove on him. One of them hands Johnny's mouthguard to the other who places it in Johnny's mouth. Both women turn to leave the ring but Johnny stops them and points to both of his cheeks. The ladies giggle and simultaneously give him a kiss on the cheek before they step out of the ring.
Say it again wo-o-oh
We we want a revolution
Now's the time for Retribution
Say it again
That's right
Johnny throws a few test kicks and punches as the referee talks to both men before sounding the bell.
DING!
Rayne: Do you think Savage is more worried about winning tonight, or... justice?
Nick Webb: I think the word you're looking for is revenge.
Rayne: JUSTICE!
Savage wastes no time in charging Maverick and it catches him off guard as Savage rushes his opponent into the corner and begins to unleash hard right hands. The referee has counted up to five and forces Savage to break away from the corner as the crowd boos him. Savage pulls Maverick into the middle of the ring and hits a suplex. He quickly rises to his feet as Maverick isn’t far behind. Maverick ducks a hard right hand and starts to unload with a series of lefts and rights of his own. Savage starts to block the shots to the head and Maverick uses it to kick him right in the gut. He then lifts his knee into the face of Savage before driving an axe handle smash to his back. Savage falls to a knee and gets spun around with a neckbreaker. Maverick drives a knee into the shoulder of Savage before starting to wrench it. Savage is able to get his footing under him and roll through, sending Maverick flipping over with an arm drag. Both men are to their feet as Savage quickly spears Maverick into the corner. He drives a few elbows into the head of Maverick before pulling him out and setting him up for a powerbomb. Maverick is able to flip over the head of Savage and land on his feet. Maverick grabs Savage from behind and connects a big German suplex. He rolls to his feet, still holding Savage, and connects with a second German suplex. Maverick looks to finish the Maverick Special with the dragon suplex but Savage is able to battle out with hard elbows to Maverick.
Nick Webb: Caspian Savage showing some good skill in the ring by battling out of that move. Can he mount any offense now with the opening?
Savage spins around and kicks Maverick in the gut and readies a DDT. He hooks the waist of Maverick, spins him around and drives him down with the Rough Justice (Spinning Lifted DDT). Savage rolls into a cover.

Kickout!
Savage quickly pulls Maverick to his feet and rocks him with a headbutt. Maverick explodes with lefts and rights that send the crowd into cheers as the two men spill over the top rope. They both crash to the mat but are quickly to their feet and begin to exchange lefts and rights. Maverick bounces Savage’s face off the announce table to the delight of the fans. He grabs Savage by the hand and prepares to whip him into the steel steps. Savage reverses and sends Maverick shoulder first into the steel steps. The referee’s count is up to seven as Savage rolls in and out of the ring to reset the count. Savage pulls Maverick to his feet and lifts him to his shoulder as he readies to ram him into the steel post. Maverick falls back off the shoulder of Savage and pushes him face first into the post. Savage hits hard and falls to the floor.
Nick Webb: These two men trying to cause harm to the other along with winning the match.
Now it’s Maverick’s turn to roll in and out of the ring to reset the count as we had gotten up to eight. Maverick pulls Savage to his feet but Savage drives his knee into his opponent’s gut. Savage lifts Maverick up and connects with the Police Brutality (Belly to Back Piledriver) on the outside of the ring as the crowd can’t believe in. Savage rolls into the ring and tells the referee to count it out.
Nick Webb: I can’t believe that Caspian Savage just dropped Maverick on the outside of the ring with that brutal move!
Rayne: His own form of justice.
Nick Webb: Maverick could be seriously hurt. He's got a well-documented history of neck and back injuries.
The referee has the count up to six and Maverick is slowly starting to stir. Eight and Maverick is to a knee. Nine and he looks at the ring. Just before ten, Maverick dives and slides into the ring and the crowd cheers as Savage can’t believe it. He starts to stomp on Maverick but is quickly pulled away by the referee after a four count. Maverick uses the ropes to get to his feet and rocks Savage with a hard right hand as he rushes him. Savage staggers backwards and gets rocked with the OF!MF! (Running palm strike). Savage hits the mat but is quickly up and walks into a fisherman’s suplex. Both men pop up and Savage ducks a clothesline as Maverick spins around and hits a hard elbow. Both men run off the far ropes and charge each other and take each other down with clotheslines. Savage is the first to get to his feet and he climbs to the second rope and sits on the turnbuckle and measures up Maverick as he starts to stand. Maverick rushes the corner and runs up the second rope and drives his knee into the face of Savage. Savage holds onto the ropes but is dazed. Maverick flips Savage over and onto his shoulders and stands in the middle of the ring before hitting the Welcome to D.C. (Reverse GTS) and covers with hooking the legs.

DING DING DING!
Scott Benjamin: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner as the result of a pinfall... JOHNNY MAVERICK!!!
"Revolution" by Pennywise plays throughout the arena as Johnny pulls himself to his feet and smiles smugly. He rolls out of the ring and high fives a few fans as he joins the Objects at ringside and makes his way up the ramp with the two buxom women in tow.
Nick Webb: Folks, it can happen that fast! Sometimes, you just hit a move right on the button and just like that, the match is over!
Rayne: But... but... what about JUSTICE?!
Nick Webb: I'd say Johnny gave Caspian a little justice of his own tonight... Maverick style.
Tag Team Division: Massively Effected
The camera shifts backstage, where Toshi Yang is standing by.
Toshi Yang: Ladies and gentlemen, earlier tonight, two young girls made their BWF debuts in the biggest way possible, by unseating The Rejects to become the new BWF Tag Team Champions. Allow me to introduce, at this time... Destiny Figgins and Alison James.
The camera shifts to the left, where Destiny and Alison are standing by, absolutely elated, with the BWF Tag Team Titles slung over their shoulders.
Alison James: This is, quite possibly, the most tremendous night in my entire life. When I was approached a month ago regarding a BWF contract, I never thought for a moment that I would be leaving this event as one half of the new BWF Tag Team Champions. My sisters, Sarah and Katie, they both made careers off of holding these title belts, and to think that I now can call myself a BWF Tag Team Champion alongside them...
She looks down at the Tag Title, holding back tears.
Alison James: This is absolutely mathematical.
Toshi Yang: So, I have to ask, ladies... do you have a name?
Alison and Destiny look at one another. Alison leans over and whispers something to Destiny, who nods.
Destiny Figgins: Ooh, I like that a lot. Go with that.
Alison James: Very well. I don't partake in video games, but I find quite a bit of joy in a good book, and while I don't typically consider myself a fan of the science fiction genre, Destiny got me hooked on a novel series based on a game series titled Mass Effect. That being said, I think the perfect name for us should reflect our passion, determination and resolve as a unit. We shall henceforth be known as the Justicars of Illium.
Destiny Figgins: Your new BWF Tag Team Champions, the Justicars of Illium. And I think that I speak for both of us when I say -
Destiny's thought is cut off as suddenly, Chaos Theory Champion Akemi Hayashi pops out of nowhere and starts spraying down the new Champs, Toshi and herself with two half-gallons of chocolate milk! The crowd cheers loudly as all of the women laugh in shock, while Akemi starts licking the chocolate off of her arm.
Toshi Yang: Nick, Rayne... back to you. Ahh!
The laughter continues as the camera cuts back to ringside.
DING DING DING!!!
Scott Benjamin: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for ONE fall... and it is the -
Before Scott can continue any further, "The Look" by Roxette hits the BlazenTron yet again. The fans react tentatively as BWF C.E.O. Emily Corlen walks out onto the stage and looks over at the Happenstance throne, crown and scepter sitting on the far end, before she smiles and walks down to the ring. She heads over to the announcer's table and sits down, joining Rayne and Webb on commentary.
Nick Webb: Emily! To what do we owe this unexpected pleasure?
Emily Corlen: It's good to see you, too, Nick. I'm out here for two reasons. One, I want to see the finals of this year's Happenstance Tournament up close and personal.
Rayne: And what's the second reason?
Emily Corlen: I'm going to do my damnedest to make sure this match is completely 100% fair. I know what Alli Taylor's been up to, and if she's destined to win this year's tournament, she's going to do so legitimately. Believe that.
Scott looks over at Emily as her music fades, as if seemingly waiting for a cue. She waves him off with a smirk and he nods before continuing.
Scott Benjamin: The following contest is scheduled for ONE fall... and it is the final match of the 2014 Happenstance Tournament! Introducing first... she hails from Columbus, Ohio... weighing in tonight at 120 pounds... she is the Beauty... she is ALLI TAYLOR!!!
Nick Webb: Alli Taylor's path to the Happenstance Finals took her through Austin Scott, Akemi Hayashi and Finn McConnaigh, but one could surmise that she's been destined to face Zoe Cooper since her BWF return May 5 at Danger Zone, when she viciously attacked Zoe Cooper following Cooper's Sovereign title defense against Akemi.
Emily Corlen: Yeah, I wasn't a fan of that. I didn't know it was going to happen. I tried to chew Alli out backstage, but she just looked me up and down, laughed and walked away. I get the feeling she's not used to listening to authority figures.
Rayne: In her defense, who were the authority figures back then? Dave? Jen? They let the inmates run the asylum!
Emily Corlen: Very true. If Alli thinks she's going to do anything and everything she wants on my watch, I got news for her. Uh-uh.
Scott Benjamin: And her opponent... she is the current and reigning BWF Sovereign Champion... she hails from Billings, Montana... weighing in tonight at 140 pounds... she is ZOE COOPER!!!
Nick Webb: Zoe Cooper's story is nothing short of inspirational. She lost the Tag Team Titles at Danger Zone thanks to a career threatening knee injury at the hands of that woman, Alli Taylor, but she gritted through her tournament matches, besting Mick Horrorflick, Casey Campbell and AJ Adams to make it to this point. Now, one match stands between her and the crown that her former mentor, Elena Simonova, won just one year ago at this very event.
Emily Corlen: It's definitely a Cinderella story, and that's saying something considering the woman we're talking about hasn't ever lost a match in this company. Hard to be the underdog when you're undefeated, yet here we are. So, Rayne. Does Zoe win tonight, or does the Cooper Hype Train derail in Baltimore?
Rayne: I didn't think she'd make it past Adams, to be honest, but then I thought Casey and Mick had her number, too. I'm starting to think counting out Zoe Cooper is just unwise. She finds a way to survive no matter what. It's uncanny.
Emily Corlen: Indeed. Nick?
Nick Webb: I think Alli takes this one, as much as I hate to say it. The look in her eyes... that fire, that passion. I think Alli wants it more, and we've seen her doing whatever it takes to make that happen, even if it is cheating.
Emily Corlen: Well, like I said before, I'm not letting that happen again here tonight. If she's winning, she's doing it legit.
DING!
The bell rings as Alli and Zoe circle one another before tying up in the center of the ring. Zoe shifts Alli into a headlock, but Alli grabs Zoe's wrist and wrenches it, reversing the hold into a wrist lock. Alli tightens her grip as Zoe yells out in pain. Desperate to break the hold, Zoe does a cartwheel, careful to land on her good leg before reversing Alli's grip into a hammerlock. Alli, refusing to suffer for any longer than necessary, cracks Zoe with elbows to the side of the head, forcing Zoe to release the hold. Alli grabs Zoe and hoists her over her shoulders, dropping her with a fireman's carry. She follows up with an elbow drop, but Zoe rolls, leaving Alli to hit the mat. Zoe rolls to her feet and aims a kick at the rising Alli's head, but Alli ducks it before trying to sweep Zoe's leg, but Zoe jumps over it, landing and taking a step back as Alli rolls to her feet.
Nick Webb: These two aren't pulling any punches early on in this match!
Emily Corlen: Nor would they. There's too much on the line for them to risk soft pedaling now. Leave it all in the ring, I say.
As the fans cheer on the Sovereign Champion, both women tie up again, this time with Alli putting Zoe in a headlock. Zoe tries to wriggle out of the hold, but Alli tightens her grip, pulling Zoe down to the mat and grounding her. The referee checks on Zoe, but she refuses to give up, still trying to get out of the hold. She reaches out and grabs the bottom rope, forcing the break, though Alli hangs on for the full four seconds. As Zoe tries to pull herself up with the ropes, Alli quickly grabs her and hammers her with a forearm to the face, rocking the Sovereign Champion. Zoe retaliates with a forearm strike of her own, leading to Alli punching Zoe. Zoe responds with a hard chop that elicits a loud "WOO!" from the Baltimore crowd, followed by a second, similarly received chop. With Alli reeling, Zoe grabs her arm and tries to whip her into the nearest corner, but Alli pulls Zoe's arm back and hits her with a nasty knee to the midsection, doubling Zoe over.
Rayne: Neither woman is giving the other an inch here!
With Zoe kneeled over, Alli runs to the ropes and comes back, jumping over Zoe and grabbing her on the way down with a lightning-quick DDT. She rolls into the first cover of the match as the ref drops to count!
1!
Kickout!
Nick Webb: Not even a two count there in the first cover of this Happenstance Final match. No doubt Alli wants to end this match quick and go home.
Emily Corlen: She's not gonna get a quick ending against Zoe Cooper. If she wants this win, she's gonna have to figure out what nobody else has been able to; what will keep Cooper down for the three.
Alli stands up and picks Zoe up off the mat, then begins punching her repeatedly, perhaps having already lost her composure. After several stiff punches to Zoe's face, Alli whips Zoe into the corner, then charges her and leaps up, hitting a dropkick that sends Zoe face first into the top turnbuckle hard! Zoe bounces off the corner and falls down, where Alli quickly covers her again.

No! Zoe gets her shoulder up!
Nick Webb: Zoe's not looking too hot here in the early goings of this match. Is it possible Alli Taylor's gotten in her head after everything she's done to her?
Rayne: It wouldn't shock me one bit... and I'm sure that's exactly what Alli was hoping for when she tried to bench Zoe the first time.
Emily Corlen: At this rate, she just might finish the job that she started at Danger Zone tonight at Happenstance.
Alli rolls to her feet and lifts Zoe up, then hammers her with a few more stiff punches before kicking her in the midsection, doubling her over again. Alli then heads to the ropes and runs at Zoe, but as she comes back, Zoe catches her with a T-Bone Suplex, causing the fans to pop loudly! Alli, shaken, quickly moves to the nearest corner, where she pulls herself up, but as she does so, Zoe races to the corner, jumping and catching Alli with a Stinger splash, then following it up with a bulldog out of the corner!
Nick Webb: Zoe Cooper is alive, ladies and gentlemen!
Emily Corlen: This match is far from finished.
Zoe covers following the bulldog, hooking the leg.

2!
Kickout! Alli kicks out with force, almost surprising Zoe. She lifts Alli up, striking Alli's face with several knee strikes as she does so. She then lets go of Alli before Kicking It Old School (Numerous Karate-style Kicks in a Row)! The fans cheer loudly as Alli drops to the mat and Zoe covers yet again.
1!
2!
Kickout! Again, Alli gets her shoulder up, but with less force than the last time.
Nick Webb: We're kicking it old school tonight at Happenstance!
Emily Corlen: Oh. Ugh. No. Don't be that guy.
Rayne: THANK YOU.
Zoe bounds back to her feet, once again in control, and lifts Alli up before delivering several forearm shots, staggering the Beauty. She tries to whip Alli into the corner, but Alli reverses it, sending Zoe into the corner instead. Alli charges towards Zoe, but Zoe moves out of the way; Alli, showing her athleticism, leaps to the top rope without missing a beat and soars backwards, landing right on Zoe with the Angels Sing (Moonsault) into a cover!
Nick Webb: What a move by Alli Taylor!
Emily Corlen: Okay, I'll admit it; that was pretty sweet looking.
1!
2!
3-NO! Zoe kicks out of the pin and Alli can't believe it!
Rayne: Looks like Alli thought she had this match won there.
Emily Corlen: Hell, I thought she had this match won there. Props to Cooper for finding the guts to kick out of that.
Alli, cursing at Zoe under her breath, picks her opponent up, continuing to work on her as she does so, with various strikes and punches, followed up by a European uppercut and an attempted Jersey Cutter (Twist of Fate) that Zoe pushes Alli away from, countering it. Alli turns back to her adversary only to receive an elbow to the face, followed by a second spinning elbow, and culminating in The Roundabout (Spinning Heel Kick), bringing the fans to their feet!
Nick Webb: Is that all she wrote?
Zoe covers as the Baltimore crowd counts along!
1!
2!
3-NO! Alli kicks out, and this time, Zoe is the one who can't believe it!
Rayne: This one could still go either way. It's no wonder these two talented women made it to the finals of the Happenstance Tournament!
Emily Corlen: Definitely. This match is getting good. And they're keeping it clean. I like that.
Zoe climbs to her feet and picks up Alli from the mat, then cracks her across the chest with a knife edge chop. Alli answers back with a right hand, and Zoe fires back with a punch of her own. Alli retaliates with another right hand that staggers the Sovereign Champion, followed by a third right. With Zoe wobbling, Alli grabs her and headbutts her before setting her up for the Jersey Cutter again, but again, Zoe fights out of it, catching Alli with several stiff kicks out of desperation before grabbing her and whipping her into the corner, where she collides with ring post.
Nick Webb: Oh! That's what happened to Casey, just before Zoe beat him on Havok last week! Could we be seeing history repeat itself?
Instead of wrapping up Alli with a school boy, Zoe runs to the corner, jumping up and landing on Alli's back with both knees before coming down with a backstabber - but Alli grabs the ropes in the corner, leaving Zoe to crash down onto the canvas! The crowd "oohs" as Zoe shakes the cobwebs loose and stands back up, then turns around and charges at Alli again, but from out of nowhere, Alli rears back and catches Zoe on the jaw with the Lipstick (Superkick)! The crowd boos loudly as Zoe collapses to the mat and Alli grins evilly.
Emily Corlen: That could be it right there!
Nick Webb: You took the words right out of my mouth, boss lady!
Alli covers as the crowd yells loudly, perhaps trying to rouse the Sovereign Champion.
1!
2!
3..........NO!!! At the last possible millisecond, Zoe Cooper kicks out! The arena explodes and Alli screeches at the top of her lungs in disbelief!
Rayne: No way!
Nick Webb: Cooper kicks out! Cooper kicks out!
At her wit's end, Alli desperately begins searching around for something, anything, that can give her the advantage she needs. Without a second thought, she slips out of the ring and starts searching around underneath the ring.
Rayne: What's Taylor up to here?
Emily Corlen: She better not be doing what I think she's doing.
Moments later, Emily's worst fears are confirmed as Alli emerges from underneath the ring with a steel chair and a sledgehammer! She keeps the hammer hidden behind her back as she climbs onto the apron and tosses the chair over to the far side of the ring. She slides through the ropes as the referee heads over to the steel chair to remove it from the ring and begins to measure the rising Zoe with the sledgehammer.
Emily Corlen: That's my cue, gentlemen.
Emily stands up from the announcer's table and throws down her headset as she makes her way quickly around the ring and slides onto the ring apron. She reaches into the ring and grabs the sledgehammer, pulling it out of Alli's hands from behind her! The crowd cheers as Emily yells at Alli, telling her that she's not going to let her cheat her way to the Happenstance crown. Alli can't believe what's happening, yelling back at Emily, screaming "Mind your own business, you fat fucking cow!" She shockingly takes a swing at the C.E.O., which Emily dodges by hopping off the ring apron. She scowls at Emily and yells a few more obscenities before finally turning back to the ring... and walking right into The Face Replacer (Running Bryan-Style Knee)! The crowd EXPLODES as Zoe pulls Alli into the center of the ring and covers her, hooking both legs!

3!
DING DING DING!!!
Nick Webb: I don't believe it! Did that just happen!?
Rayne: Oh... it most definitely did.
Scott Benjamin: Ladies and gentlemen, here is your winner as the result of a pinfall... and your 2014 Happenstance Queen... ZOE COOPER!!!
"Happy" by Pharrell Williams starts playing in the arena and the fans rise to their feet cheering as Zoe Cooper stands up, then rolls out of the ring and takes a victory lap, still slightly limping on her bad knee. She runs past Emily, who looks almost dumbfounded as she realizes that she may have just inadvertently cost Alli Taylor the match. Zoe slaps hands with the fans as she makes her way up the ramp, where Austin Scott comes out, clapping for his girlfriend. He takes her hand and helps her over to the throne, where she sits down before he places the Happenstance crown on her head and hands her the Queen's scepter.
Nick Webb: Well... I mean, what can you say to that? Alli Taylor tried to cheat, got caught doing it, took her eye off the ball for a second and it cost her the match.
Rayne: You mean our C.E.O. cost her the match.
Nick Webb: What's the alternative there, Rayne? Emily sits back, lets Alli crack Zoe in the face with the sledgehammer and we have a Happenstance Queen whose throne is built on lies and deceit?
Rayne: Yes! She'd be like every other royal figure in history! STEEPED in controversy!
Nick Webb: Well, like it or not, that didn't happen. Tonight in Baltimore, justice prevailed and a truly deserving Happenstance Queen was crowned. Congratulations to Zoe Cooper, our 2014 Happenstance Queen!
Rayne: Bah, I say. The streak continues, I say so what? Let's see how she does when she takes on Liz Davis or Matt Stone for the BWF World Title on July 28.
Nick Webb: It could easily be Scorpio facing Cooper in the main event of Wreckless.
Rayne: Don't even JOKE about that.
Nick Webb: Well, we'll find out shortly... that match is just moments away! Elizabeth Davis defends the BWF World Championship against Matt Stone and Scorpio in a Triple Threat Match!

First Lady On-Demand
As Emily is walking up the ramp towards the back after witnessing an amazing Happenstance Finals between Zoe Cooper and Alli Taylor, she’s stopped at the top of the ramp as Katrina Evans comes out and holds up her hand, signaling for her to stop. Following Katrina is The First Lady of the BWF, the World Champion Elizabeth Davis walking out in her gear, but not to any music or introduction. Instead, she has a microphone in her hand. When she gets face to face with Emily, she speaks.
Elizabeth Davis: Whoa there Boss lady, what’s the rush? You’ve been avoiding me for weeks now, and I’m getting sick of it! First, you put me in a referee’s position and threaten me, you threaten ME by saying you’ll take my title away if I don’t call it down the middle, and in doing so, force ME to let this little scrub into MY main event match with Matt, my one chance to prove that I’m the better of the two of us and remove him from MY company, yeah, you heard me, MY company! I AM the BWF, this place lives and dies with me! No one else around here has put in the hours that I have, no one else around here has put in the work that I have, I crawled through your little hoops for a YEAR to get to where I am and I won’t let Matt beat Scorpio or vice versa, causing ME to lose MY title. I DEMAND you do something about this!
Emily's eyes flash as she looks Liz up and down. She reaches forward and yanks Liz's mic away from her, eliciting an "ooh" from the crowd as she does so.
Emily Corlen: God, I guess my fingerprints are going to be all over this show tonight, aren't they? Alright, fine. I'll accept that it's pretty much my fault that we have new BWF Tag Team Champions. I'll even go so far as to say I may have had a slight hand in Zoe Cooper becoming the 2014 Happenstance Queen, something I'm sure we'll be hearing about from Alli Taylor for months. Sue me, she cheated in almost every single match in this tournament, and I decided to put a stop to it. But, you want me to make some show changing decision moments before your main event BWF World Title defense begins?
Emily pauses for a moment, mulling it over.
Emily Corlen: So be it. Your match is now a Triple Threat Elimination Match.
Nick Webb: Oh my god, what?
Rayne: You heard it right Nick, this match is now an elimination 3-Way Dance!
Nick Webb: That changes everything!
Emily starts to walk past Liz, but stops, turning to the World Champion.
Emily Corlen: Oh, and Liz? You ever so much as think about raising your voice to me again? I will fucking end you. BELIEVE IT.
Emily pushes her way past Liz, purposely running into her with her shoulder, and walks back through the curtain. Liz can't be bothered to worry, though, because she got exactly what she wanted from the exchange.
DING DING DING!!!
Scott Benjamin: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is now a Triple Threat Elimination Match... and it is for the BWF World Championship!!! Introducing first, she is the current and reigning BWF World Champion... she hails from Kingston, Ontario, Canada... weighing in tonight at 122 pounds... she is the First Lady of the BWF... she is ELIZABETH DAVIS!!!
Seemingly pleased, Liz walks down the ramp towards the ring, "Acapella" by Karmin now kicking up from the BlazenTron. She walks briskly down the ramp, passing by the fans, not bothering to touch any of their hands as she really just can’t be bothered with these Marylanders. She struts up the steps and get in the ring, flipping her hair back ready to get out of here with her championship.
Nick Webb: Elizabeth Davis has indeed earned her spot at the top of the BWF with amazing victories and an inspiring come-from-behind underdog story, but Scorpio raised an interesting point when he rightfully pointed out that the moment she won the World Title, she lost all semblance of that and became something of a dictator within the BWF.
Rayne: Scorpio doesn't know what he's talking about. He's just jealous that Liz Davis is gorgeous and he looks like an uncooked potato.
Nick Webb: Many of our female fans actually find Scorpio quite attractive.
Rayne: Yeah, but those same fans think I'm old and ugly, so clearly, they're blind and or retarded.
Scott Benjamin: And introducing her challengers... first, he hails from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada... weighing in tonight at 220 pounds... he is the Straight Shooter... he is MATT STONE!!!
"Whoa is Me" by Down With Webster hits the BlazenTron and the crowd immediately starts booing.
Say whoa (whoa)
The more I feel it (whoa)
The more I need it (whoa)
You say whoa
Whoa is me
I'm so whoa
Matt Stone comes out from the back to a chorus of boos. He struts down the ramp towards the ring, wearing his patterned hoodie with a large Maple Leaf on the back. He threatens to hit a member of the crowd who was holding up a Canada sucks sign and just walks on.
The more I feel it (whoa)
The more I need it (whoa)
You say whoa
Whoa is me
I'm so whoa
Matt gets on the apron and gets inside the ring, heading straight to a corner and mounts the middle turnbuckle raising his hands. He shouts out over the loud jeers being rained down on him. He shakes his head to their reaction. You don't deserve to see me! He shouts out getting down and taking off the hoodie. Matt gets ready for the match, bouncing off the ropes to loosen up as his music fades away.
Nick Webb: Only one left to come out is Scorpio... but Stone and Liz are already exchanging threats.
Rayne: Or strategy, Nick. Remember, they've been associated with one another for years before tonight. Despite what Liz says, I'm sure she doesn't want to see Matt lose his job in BWF tonight. She's so sweet and considerate like that.
Scott Benjamin: And finally, he hails from Mission Hills, California... weighing in tonight at 220 pounds... he is SCORPIO!!!
No one is sure exactly what happened, but for some reason a '78 Pontiac Firebird Trans-Am, you know the black one with the big phoenix on the front in that weird separated block thing, began to pull out to the side of the stage, all the while "Dreamwave" by Vogel was kicking into to full gear, filling the arena with synthwave, and positively raising the IQ of those too silly to not enjoy Synthwave on a daily basis. The '78 Pontiac Firebird Trans-Am revved its V8 engine a few times, the vibration of said engine revving moistening the panties of everyone within a 300 mile radius, whether they wanted it or not, then the main attraction came, whether he was curtain jerking or closing the show, everyone came to see - Scorpio - Standing a pair of Aviator sunglasses, a white leather jacket, and his worn blue jeans he had specially made to not rub his crotch the wrong way when he was wrestling, the moistening intensified. Slipping his hands into his Jacket pockets he made his way down to the ring, was he looking into the ring? Was he looking past it? No one could tell with those slick aviators on, that is until he reached the end of the ramp, pulled his glasses off, and tossed them into the crowd, he probably shouldn't have, they're pretty expensive. He pulled his White Leather Jacket off and cracked his neck, The moistening was too intense this time, people are fainting in their seats, old grand mothers are blushing. He leapt from the ring side floor to the apron and slipped between the ropes like a sleek cheetah, he didn't even go to the turnbuckle for a cheap pop or a pose, he got them either way. "Dreamwave" by Vogel faded out, and the people returned from the Hypnotic trance that was Scorpio's entrance.
Nick Webb: Scorpio defeated Matt Stone on the last Havok to earn entry in this contest, the stipulation being that if Stone won, Scorpio wouldn't be able to challenge for any BWF titles for the remainder of 2014. Now, he stands at the opposite shoreline - he has a chance to leave Baltimore with the richest prize in the game today, the BWF World Championship.
Rayne: And he only has to get through the two greatest Canadian wrestlers in history to make that a reality. ALLEZ CUISINE!
DING!
Referee Kosiboski is explaining the rules to the three wrestlers in the ring when Matt Stone reaches through slapping the taste out of Elizabeth's mouth. Scorpio steps back as Matt charges through to Elizabeth with a clothesline. Elizabeth with an armdrag, but lifts her knee into Matt's falling face, his head is thrown backwards. Elizabeth quickly around synching in a crippler crossface submission hold, making sure to work on the shoulder, changing up her usual strategy. Scorpio with a boot to Elizabeth's head to break up the submission before Matt could submit, if he were going to. Elizabeth looks up with fire in her eyes, she was offered partnership, but denied the request from Scorpio. Elizabeth is up to her feet, but to his credit, Scorpio is not backing down from the challenge of Elizabeth. Scorpio with a right hand, Elizabeth ducks under charging with an MMA takedown. Right hand from Elizabeth and she is definitely working stiff here in this match as the sounds of her punches are reaching the tenth row. Rayne: They gotta make it look realistic! Yeah, that's it!

Matt kicks out just in time. Elizabeth pulls him back to his feet, spins him around, European uppercut almost sends Matt back down to the canvas. Elizabeth is forgoing wrestling right now for sheer brutality, but here comes Scorpio. He joins Elizabeth as they pummel Matt together in the corner. Nick Webb: Elizabeth Davis and Scorpio working together against Matt Stone... now I've seen everything.
Rayne: ALL A PART OF THE ILLUSION, NICK!

Rayne: Scorpio gets the shoulder up!
Nick Webb: He has to do that if he wants to gain the Championship here in this match.
Rayne: ...really? No shit, Sherlock. Is that how you win a wrestling match? Good lord, is Vince feeding you lines all the way from Stamford? Christ almighty.
Matt pulls the stunned Elizabeth up to her feet, tosses her bodily into the corner. He climbs the turnbuckle and starts to lay into her with punches as the crowd counts along. One... Two... Three... Four... Five... Six... Seven... Ei...
Nick Webb: Here comes the Mission Hills Missionary!
Scorpio gets Matt in an electric chair position, slamming him face first as he falls onto the canvas. Matt protected himself though, but Scorpio doesn't realize it; he is checking on the condition of Elizabeth. Matt charges back with a body splash that smashes both Scorpio and Elizabeth in the corner. As he falls backwards out of the corner, Scorpio stumbles out, leg sweep and as Scorpio is falling, side headlock to a face smasher on the canvas. He makes the cover.

3-No! Elizabeth falls out of the corner onto the cover, breaking the count by accident.
Nick Webb: I think that was just bad luck on the part of Elizabeth.
Rayne: I think she may have been unconscious after that body splash; her head hit Scorpio's pretty hard. Too bad, we almost had Stone vs. Davis, as this match SHOULD have been all along!
Matt rolls off of the quick count, to kick Elizabeth in the face, which rolls her over. He leans down to pull her back up and he mouths something about a little woman shouldn't be a wrestler. Elizabeth punches him squarely in the mouth, splitting his lip in the process. Matt is shocked, he releases Elizabeth. She gets up quickly, right hand, forearm, elbow, Scorpio rolls Matt up, but it was only so Elizabeth could springboard from the middle rope with a forearm across the throat of Matt and a knee into Scorpio's skull. The pin is never counted, because it was just that quick.
Nick Webb: Matt may be wishing now that he had kept his mouth shut about Elizabeth!
She drags Matt over to the corner and places his leg on the ropes before climbing to the top turnbuckle; she dives. Smashing right into Matt's knee, he grunts from the pain and here comes Scorpio once again. Elizabeth with a running enziguri halts the charge of Scorpio, shocking him once again. But Elizabeth wastes no time in dropping a knee onto Scorpio's knee, trying to work him over as well. Standing leg lock has Scorpio moaning in pain. Scorpio chops Matt across the chest, Matt falls back, Elizabeth hooks her right arm in between Matt's legs from behind, lifting him up slamming him neck first into the announcer's table.
Rayne: Hello!
Nick Webb: Matt Stone has just literally landed in our laps!
Elizabeth motions for them to move out of the way as she climbs to the top turnbuckle, Scorpio tosses her a chair. Elizabeth looks down at it in confusion before leaping down, the chair under her feet, right onto Scorpio! He goes down in a heap so Elizabeth places the chair on his face and begins to stomp it repeatedly. Matt Stone is determined as he crawls from behind the table, microphone cords in hand; he wraps them around Elizabeth's throat and starts to choke her. Matt whips Elizabeth back and forth in the air with the cords before tossing her aside like a rag doll. He rolls Scorpio into the ring, but Matt isn't finished as he picks up the now dented steel chair. He swings it down, cracking Elizabeth in the back and this match has turned a bit hardcore. She falls to the matting outside the ring and Matt Stone has a glint of happiness in his eyes. Matt pulls the seat down a bit, forcing Elizabeth's head into it before slamming it shut once more; he climbs to the top turnbuckle as well. When he is on the top turnbuckle, he turns to measure Elizabeth, standing dropkick from Scorpio sends him prematurely flying and he chops his throat on the barricade around the ring. He flies back up, gagging and holding his throat, a bit of blood trickles from the corner of his mouth. Elizabeth looks up, the chair still around her neck, she gets up, boot to the gut, spinning tornado DDT to the matting. Scorpio climbs to the top turnbuckle, he is going high risk, leaping off and landing on the two Canadians outside the ring!
Nick Webb: Everyone is down here! The crowd is going nuts!

He holds it high up for the Baltimore crowd to show their appreciation for the victor. He walks over Stone’s body, kicking him in the side of the head as he passes and goes up the turnbuckle, raising the title high in the air.
Nick Webb: Good God, he did it! Scorpio is the new BWF World Champion!
Rayne: But... but... Matt's BWF career... Liz's legacy... what in the fuck-shit-damn-hell just happened?!
Nick Webb: I'll tell you what happened... Scorpio just beat not one, but two of Canada’s top talents… hell, two of the BWF’s top talents in one match! And on top of that, Matt Stone is gone from the BWF!
Rayne: ...bullshit.
Nick Webb: Oh, c'mon, grumpy cat! This is a celebration! And now, we look ahead to Wreckless, where Scorpio will defend the BWF World Championship against the 2014 Happenstance Queen, Zoe Cooper. It's not the International/Sovereign Title Unification Match Scorpio was clamoring for months ago, but it's still going to be a knock-down, drag out fight in Denver!
Rayne: And Matt Stone won't be a part of it... and BWF will be a lesser company because of it.
Nick Webb: Ignore my colleague, folks, his man crush on Matt Stone will pass with time.
Rayne: NEVER! I mean, it's not that thing you said! Shut up! YOU'RE gay!
Nick Webb: Incineration... you are the insult master, my friend. Folks, we've just witnessed one hell of an amazing Happenstance pay-per-view spectacular. We're taking a week off next week - tune in to Monday Night Havok's normal time slot for a special BWF show in its place - The Best of the World Championship, hosted by BWF Founder and two-time BWF World Champion David Slayton!
Rayne: It should be a Matt Stone tribute show.
Nick Webb: Good God, he's not dead.
Rayne: HE MIGHT AS WELL BE.
Nick Webb: For the love of... alright folks, for Matt Stone's not-so-secret boyfriend Rayne, I'm Nick Webb... so long from Happenstance 2014! We'll see you live in two weeks for a brand new episode of Havok! Good night, BWF!
Scorpio has left the ring and made his way into the crowd, where he stands on a set of chairs and holds up a fan's sign reading "WORKING CLASS CHAMPION" with one hand and his new BWF World Title with the other. He drinks in the adulation of the Baltimore crowd, as the pay-per-view feed fades to the BWF logo, and then finally to black.
