Episode 128 - November 19, 2007
As Havok came on the air, we joined David Blazenwing for an official announcement; while the BWF Championship Hell in a Cell Match was scheduled to take place tonight, due to a family emergency, Gabe Shelley was unable to attend the show. As it stands then, the Hell in a Cell Match would be taking place at Gauntlet Run instead, as originally planned, and Blazenwing wished both men the best of luck in their encounter next week before the Havok opening package began.
After that, the camera immediately moved backstage, where BWF Champion Mark McNasty came face-to-face with the new United States Champion, Alex Wilkie. Wilkie and McNasty exchanged words about a possible future encounter before McNasty walked off, leaving Wilkie to ponder his worth before deciding that he was United States Champion, he was proud, and United States Champion was where he would remain.
The camera then headed to the ring for the first match of the night, a Triple-Threat Match pitting Jester the Clown against Mr. Showtime and Rick Frizzel’ Smith. After a quick paced match, Jester and Smith made their way to the outside of the ring. Mr. Showtime dove over the top after them, but the two moved and Showtime crashed into the floor hard. Jester and Smith made their way back into the ring where The Frizz went for a Sliced Charisma #1 (Sliced Bread #2), only for Jester to push his way out of it and counter into The Big Top (Razor’s Edge) for the win!
WINNER: Jester the Clown, via Pinfall
As Jester celebrated, the camera suddenly panned to the outside of the ring, in time to see Chamelion super kick Mr. Showtime! Cham kneeled down and smirked, exclaiming “See ya at the Gauntlet Run, kiddo!” before heading back up the ramp with the International Title in hand.
After the commercial, newly-signed wrestler Tito Capaci headed to the ring. The fans recognized him from other organizations, and took no qualms in booing him to high hell as he claimed that “just days before Thanksgiving, the BWF has something to be thankful about- a damn wrestler that can carry this company on his back and take it to new heights.”
After Capaci left the ring, the familiar sound of shattering glass hit the BlazenTron as the Milwaukee Stretching Crew, M.S.C., made their return to BWF! Kyle and Michelle Richards headed to the ring, glaring at one another, and the ball rang as Justin Hunt and Kyle Richards started the match. They wrestled for a few minutes, then tagged out to their partners. After another minute or so of fighting, Michelle went back and tagged in Kyle, and when Kyle entered the ring, Michelle swung back and nailed him with a hard kick to the face! Michelle left the ring, cursing out her brother, as Mark and Justin grabbed the dazed Kyle and executed their M-Town Slice 'n Dice (AMW’s Death Sentence) to get the win and become the #1 Contenders to the Tag Titles!
WINNERS: M.S.C., via Pinfall
As M.S.C. celebrated, Alli Taylor and Starla Gardevoir appeared on the stage, holding their Tag Team Titles and motioning for the M.S.C. to bring it.
After the break, the United States Title went on the line, as Icetank battled the new Champ Alex Wilkie. “Grade A” tried to keep it fast, but Icetank kept slowing down the pace with a hard move that would stop Wilkie's momentum cold. A high point came when Icetank threw Wilkie to the ropes, and went for a big boot, but Wilkie ducked and the ref was nailed instead. Wilkie kept running and slid under the bottom rope. In a split second he had the U.S. title, and was back in the ring. Wilkie took out one of Icetank’s legs, before tossing him the U.S. title. Wilkie then connected with The Moon (Shining Wizard), kicking the title into Icetank’s head.
Icetank seemed down and out. This led to Wilkie getting cocky and posing as he came over to Icetank. But Icetank was playing opossum, and when Wilkie walked over and went to pick up Icetank, Icetank hit The Shatterslam (Mandible claw into chokeslam with mandible claw still applied - can result in either pin or submission). Icetank stood and put his foot on Wilkie for the three.
WINNER AND NEW UNITED STATES CHAMPION: Icetank, via Pinfall
Icetank then stared at the U.S. title after the ref hands it to him, and Icetank licks the title once, before lifting it high in the air, breathing heavy. The announcers make a comment that Icetank looks like he just obtained sexual pleasure.
The camera then moved backstage to Mark McNasty’s locker room, where he was on the phone, talking about how he didn’t like what was coming at Gauntlet Run, but it was inevitable - and he hoped Gabe would forgive him for doing anything and everything he had to do to keep his belt.
Havok came back from commercial as the main event of the evening started, as Casey Campbell got ready to take on International Champion Chamelion in non-title action. Casey came to the ring first, followed by Chamelion. The beginning saw Casey take control and go for an early pinfall, but Chamelion kicked out and the two grappled back and forth before it fell to the outside of the ring. Casey took control, ramming Chamelion into the steel stairs, but Chamelion was able to answer with a clothesline before sending back into the ring for a cover. Chamelion tried a cross body but got caught with a back breaker instead. Two covers fail for Casey, who argued the count was slow and Chamelion took the distraction to make his own roll up for a cover.
Angry, Casey ducked Chamelion’s attempt at the S.O.S. and applied the Campbell Clutch. Chamelion nearly faded, but came back with enough wit to use the corner to flip himself over Casey, who with his hold still applied, became trapped on the canvas and the ref counted the three!
WINNER: Chamelion, via Pinfall
Casey threw Chamelion off and jumped to his feet, shocked! He got physical with the ref, demanding the count be thrown out and disgusted pushed the ref away and turned, only to get planted with the S.O.S. from Chamelion. Chamelion then raised his IT title up, telling Casey nice try, before he left the ring to the rolling sound of “Come With Me” as the camera faded to the BWF logo, then to black.
