Havok Episode 232 (10/26/20) EditionA camera is set up backstage in front of a BWF Aftershock backdrop. Here is a place for BWF competitors to react to the latest show, set to air intermittently on the BWF Network. Have some thoughts on this week's show? Need to blow off some steam after a big loss (or big win)? Have words to say about someone else in the company?
This is your chance.
Welcome to BWF Aftershock.

When will Ms. Corlen realize I am the driving force behind BWF? Yet I am put into a position of having to be in a three on one handicap match. I should be enjoying being International Champion and plotting to take the World Heavyweight title from Ms. Young but noooo I am here trying to get what is rightfully mine back. I will get through this handicap match and win my International title back. I will not let this conspiracy stop me.

Nessa Wall appears from off-camera, hair wet and dressed in street clothes, wheeling a hot pink suitcase behind her. She stops in front of the Aftershock backdrop and although she looks exhausted and as though she needs the wall she's leaning against to keep her upright, she can't keep the smile off her face.
Nessa Wall: I did it.
The grin doesn't fade as she whispers those words, tinged with a hint of incredulity. She takes a deep breath and says it again, louder this time.
Nessa Wall: I did it.
She closes her eyes, hands clenching into fists as she drags in a deep breath and holds it for a few seconds before those blue eyes pop back open, locking on the camera.
Nessa Wall: I. DID. IT.
That grin is huge now, the brightest smile anyone has ever seen on the petite Canadian's face.
Nessa Wall: Granted, I didn't get to blast AJ Adams in the face again.
She shrugs.
Nessa Wall: But... God, I can't believe how good it feels to say that I went out there after the disappointment suffered at Retribution and I made good on that promise I made to FM Young. I'm going to Gauntlet Run as the number one contender. After all these years, I'm literal weeks away from capturing the legendary championship that's haunted my dreams since I first laid eyes on it in 2013. Seven long years, and the dream is so close to becoming a reality that I can almost taste it.
She looks down for a moment, seeming to collect herself.
Nessa Wall: I did it once. Defied the odds, outlasted a BWF legend. Better get your affairs in order, Effy, sweetie. I'm coming for you next.
